I recently had an unexpected break in an underground drainage line that drained my kitchen sink and dishwasher. As you can imagine it was both difficult to find, and assess. I reached out to Shawn and explained my dilemma. He was clear from the outset on what to expect and when he would stop by to do an evaluation. He came by to create a coprehensive plan and I had complete estimate in my inbox a few hours after the onsite evalatuion. He and his team member came by on the agreed up on day, perfectly on time, and proceeded to excute the plan flawlessly. He also discovered an item with my washing machine that wasn't up to code, and we got that upgraded as well. If you are looking for the cheapest of the cheap, go somewhere else. If you are looking for best of the best in professionalim and excellence in his craft go with Pappas Plumbing, these guys are incredible. Shawn was able to arrive early and I was kept informed of this. He worked efficiently and was able to complete the job (run gas line for range) and get the appliance in place in just a couple hours. Cleaned up and explained everything. Excellent service. Would highly recomment

I had a good experience using Pappas plumbing. They handled a few minor plumbing issues within a rental apartment that I own. They found and handled a couple additional deficiencies upon their arrival, but did not upcharge me - they just handled it. I also like their automated texts for confirmations and notifications related to scheduling. They text you a picture of the technician when he is on route to your house which is a nice feature.
