Reviews of local pros in Clarence Center, New York

Keith and crew removed neighbor's tree abutting my property last Friday thus had to use my drive and yard to perform work.
Keith performed job on time and on date agreed as well as notifing me and my neighbor the day before.
Keith and crew were professional, worked extremely hard throughout the day, and left the job site in better condition than prior to start of work.

Keith and his team removed several dead trees from our property. They did a great job, and left the yard in perfect condition. We will definitely be using Hewson again.

Keith and his crew could not have been more professional. From the estimate process to the end, Keith was very communicative and easy to work with. Instead of recommending that certain trees come down to save time and money, he worked with me to trim and treat trees that I wanted to save. He was prompt and performed all of the work exactly as described and left my yard spotless-you would never know the crew was there! I cannot say enough about the quality of the work, the value and the professionalism. I would never use any other company for tree trimming, care and removal.

We used Keith for every tree issue we had in North Buffalo for over 20 years and there was never a job or a time when we didn't feel that we were getting the highest quality and most professional tree service available. Highly recommend him!

Keith and crew did an amazing job taking down a tree on the side of my house. Keith and crew were very professional and polite. After they were done cleaning up, you could not even tell they were there. I fully recommend Keith and his crew!!

Keith just finished up trimming all the dead wood off our large crimson & silver maples. He is a certified arborist, and it shows with his extensive knowledge he provided us on all our trees. Felt very confident with him doing all our work. Our trees ended up needing more work than he originally quote us, but he communicated that with us before the work began that he needed to assess them as he did the work. They cleaned our yard thoroughly and left our lawn and landscaping unscathed. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for tree service. 10/10!

Outstanding work - very pleased. Very competent and meticulous. I had 36 overgrown arborvitae removed and there was no evidence of their existence when Hewson Tree Service was finished. Pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend.

We are super impressed with Hewson Tree Service. We needed a total of 5 trees removed from our yard, with one being especially tall. We obtained several quotes after researching various companies but Keith Hewson was by far the most thorough. He really took the time to explain how they would protect our yard/fences/neighbors property etc, communicated with us along the way and was very fairly priced. His crew worked hard in rainy weather and did beautiful work. We would highly recommend them!

I’ve had Jeff come to service our fireplace twice and do a cleaning/repair. He is a great guy, was right on time, and explained everything. The guy that scheduled it for me was very nice as well. I’d recommend this company to everyone.

Excellent.

Great communication. On time.
Knowledgeable and many helpful suggestions. Super clean and efficient work. Highly recommend

Outstanding job installing an insert in out fireplace 5 years ago and making it safe again. Highly recommend!

☮Today, Jeff Kramer, Co-Owner of AAA Timberline ... went 'Over & Above' to help US! Explain what would be done to get our Fireplace operational once again!
Timely, Professional Knowledgeable!🎄 Thank You

My fireplace needed a cleaning before we started the fireplace for the first time in a while. Ryan came over on time and cleaned the chimney and explained everything we needed to know. He was excellent and kind.
Very satisfied.

This company cares!!!!
Our fireplace wasn’t working. AA Timberline wasn’t the kind of company that tells you “this job is too small for us”
And you know what? I knew it was too small
But they fixed our problem with our gas fireplace. I highly recommend them

Jeff was super nice very helpful and we are looking forward to a new fireplace that we can enjoy.

These guys really scammed me. They charged me double from what they quoted after doing services that I had not authorized and they never even sent me the inspection report. Totally disreputable

AAA Timberline repaired our crumbling chimney in the fall of October 2019. They were quick, efficient, and did an excellent job. After comparing prices with other companies, AAA Timberline was very fair and we were very pleased with their work and professionalism. They also performed a routine service of our fireplace as well. Definitely recommend!

It was great working with AAA Timerline. Jeff Kramer was knowledgeable and gave multiple options for chimney upgrade. reasonable cost and on-time delivery of services. I would highly recommend them for Chimney upgrades and rebuilds.

Great customer service with AAA Timberline! It was easy to schedule a visit through the website and they got back to me right away to confirm what we needed. Very professional and capable - excellent business to work with!

We had three men come out and quote on our fireplace repair. Of the three, only AAA Timberline actually showed up and finished the job. They brought the job in on time, under budget and they were super friendly to work with. If you need your chimney repaired, there is no better company in Western New York than AAA Timberline.
