Wagner Carpet Cleaning is definitely a small owner operation that has my future business! Very punctual, professional and my rugs look and smell great! The solution used to clean my bedroom and nursery are pet and child friendly and doesn’t leave a overwhelming smell! I highly recommended!! 5+ stars!!

Katie did an excellent job refreshing our carpets. She was on time, efficient and personable! We recommend her highly!

Katie did an amazing job to a 30yr old carpet that has never been cleaned.. Highly recommend!!

Katie did a great job on my living room carpet, couch, and loveseat. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Definitely recommend and will use this company again.

The cleaning of my couch was efficient and professional. Very impressed with the results!

When Katie came for my car detail, she talked over the process and gave me a quote immediately. The job was done thoroughly and the results made my truck like new! I definitely recommend!

I can’t begin to say how happy and relieved I am. My dog had been soiling on my living room carpet in a hidden spot and I didn’t realize it until it started to smell. I could not get it clean enough or get all the smell out. Not to mention how dirty it made me feel. Katie not only got all the discoloration and smell out, but the system she uses is awesome. Much different than those trucks with all the hoses. I am so grateful to have found her. Besides doing an amazing job and educating me on her system, she responds quickly and is right on time! Thank you so, so much Katie!

Katie was professional and very informative. She was in and out in about an hour. The carpets look great and were dry
quickly! I would absolutely call her for our next cleaning.

We will be using you again for any cleaning needs , thanks again. here are the before and after photos that were sent to my from the owner, WOW!

Wagner Carpet Cleaning did a great job on my daughter’s carpet on every occasion! Katie even came out for an emergency cleaning same day! I highly recommend her great service!!

Katie did an amazing job on the rugs in my home! I was very happy with how accommodating and efficient she was! I highly recommend her.

Had Katie come and shampoo my living room, hall way, and my 2 nd floor rooms. I decided to have her do my living room furniture as well. Im amazed at how nice everything turned out.and very satisfied with her work. Her pricing is fair and I will have her come back again!!!

Katie’s process is so much better than traditional steam cleaners. The carpet/ upholstery are not soaked like steam cleaning. I also liked that she isn’t using traditional carpet shampoo/ soap that keeps wicking dirt up as it dries. She can explain her process better than I, but we absolutely loved the results.

Katie is a true blessing sent straight from God. She was so wonderful to work with as she has such a positive attitude and you can tell she truly loves what she does.

She is very educated and answered all of my questions timely and with ease.

I told my significant other this was our last hope with the carpets. We have three dogs, one of them is our old lady and the other problem child is a stubborn doxie. Over the few years we have lived here they have had their fair share of accidents in the house, almost always on the carpet.

We have tried everything, spot treatment, at home carpet cleaners, and professional hot water extraction companies. Nothing has worked, the stains and smell always return.

Katie not only explained what her process/method was but also why it worked. She even gave some advice on how to treat other accident that will most likely happen in the future.

I’m so pleased with not only the service I received but also with the level of professionalism Katie holds herself to.

Today was the second time I've had Katie come and clean a carpet for me. Just like the first time, this one was really badly worn and tracked with dirt from being the traffic area of the house. Her process is unbelievable, the products she use is very effective, smells great, and totally made the rug look as close to being as brand new as it could get. I highly recommend Wagner carpet cleaning for any carpets in your house. She also does furniture and other things too! Just ask!

Katie did an incredible job on my carpets and vinyl flooring. I purchased a house and previous occupants had multiple animals. The amount of hair and grime she was able to remove is amazing! 100% would recommend to anyone.

Katy was punctual, friendly, and did a wonderful job on my carpets. They smell wonderful and I couldn't believe the difference . She is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend her services! Thx so much Katy👍

10/10 would recommend Katie’s services! She did such a thorough job and really took her time. Overall very happy! Easy to schedule and communicated so well before hand.

As a women owned small business, Katie has an excellent work ethic. She strives to satisfy the customer, make sure she uses the best products and her existing clients provide referral's to other customers!!! Think that says it all! While her logo lists carpeting, Katie also does furniture, floors, car & boat detailing and B&B’s….

Katie has cleaned my carpets twice so far. I'm definately a pleased and repeat customer. she is timely, prices are fair, and her low moisture machine does an outstanding job getting carpets cleaned!

We have used Wagner Carpet Cleaning twice so far and I can't say enough about how wonderful and helpful Katie has been. Her first visit was to clean the upholstery on our living room furniture and the second was to clean our bedroom and hallway carpet. I knew our couch/love seat/chair needed to be cleaned but I had no idea how bad they were until I saw how amazing they looked when Katie was done. We called her back after our dog had an accident on our bedroom carpet and Katie was quick to respond and get us in. Our carpets look like new and smell amazing!

I'll never use another cleaning service after seeing how thorough and knowledgeable Katie is. I've spent hundreds of dollars in the past on big name companies to clean our carpets, only to have stains reappear after things dry. Katie's services are above and beyond with superior results!

If anyone is looking for a carpet cleaner, I highly recommend Wagner Carpet Cleaning! Affordable price, informative, personable, and efficient! We called her for some minor kid and pet related stains and were left with brand new looking carpets !! 5 stars ⭐️
