He put our boiler in many years ago and has always been there for us. Very professional, very knowledgeable and always friendly.

They were very helpful and prompt in the fixing of my furnace... and thankfully too bc the temp in the house got down to 55⁰!

Furnace not working in December. When else would it happen. After contacting Don he said he'd be here as soon as possible. He called back, came, diagnosed, went for part and fixed it. Super!

Did an outstanding job, came out the same day to check out are problem, fixed it promptly, and called the next day to make sure everything was ok. Five stars isn't enough!!!!

Installed a new AC minisplit system in my garage. Great customer service, fair price and install was nice and neat. Completely satisfied. I recommend.

Person who takes their calls is extremely rude and condescending. Had a CO concern due to two alarms going off in separate rooms, needed someone as soon as able to check on furnace etc. Called first thing in morning but no answer, did not leave voicemail. They called back 10mins later and before asking what I called about proceeded to give a lecture on how I was rude for not leaving a voicemail. Explained my situation and was chastised again for not immediately explaining fire dept came out as well. Never have done business with them and never will.

I've had this company install several heating and A/C units in multyple homes over 30+ years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Don knows HVAC systems inside and out, and provided me with quick service when my unit was down.

I called last minute on a Friday, during a heat wave,and they did their absolute best to help me out, and they did. They explained what they were doing each step of the way and were very efficient with their time! Good job, fair pricing, and great customer service! Highly recommend them!

I was trying to figure out if I had the correct number of wires to install a new wifi thermostat. I have a forced hot air system only with no A/C. My current thermostat wiring did not have or show the required C wire as stated in the video, however I had a blue wire attached to the Y terminal in the current thermostat but not connected At All in my furnace. After talking to Don he advised me that since I did not have Air conditioning I could attach the Blue wire in my furnace to the C terminal and to the new thermostats C connection. I spent hours researching this and Don explained in in 2 minutes. While he didn't make any money on me I will difinately call Don when I need furnace work.

Highly recommend. Steve (Don Weimer's son) showed up to check an underperforming AC unit. He quickly diagnosed the problems and offered solutions and costs upfront. We ended up deciding to replace our AC unit (was 28 years old). Steve walked us through the best value for our situation. Steve was professional, responsive and kept us informed throughout the process. From our initial service call to having a new unit installed was only a few days. Great to see a second generation business and Steve serving the business and his customers so well. I had no referral or connection to this company previously, but was very pleased. We will use Weimer's for all our HVAC needs in the future!

Don has repaired both my furnaces and air conditioners and replaced one furnace when it became uneconomical to repair. He is knowledgeable, and service oriented. He provided tips on optimizing our operation of the systems for both efficiency and to minimize maintenance. I will continue to use him and I recommend him.
