Bob Monteiro was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding my boiler during the yearly maintenance. As a new home owner it was nice knowing I could trust and depend on the people that help keep my house running as efficiently as possible. I highly recommend Bob and the workers at Comfortmaster Heating and Cooling Services.

We are truly thankful that we did not sign contracts with other vendors before we had the opportunity to sign with Bob and Comfortmaster. He and Adam were the proverbial life savers for us given the failed boiler issue we were having in one of the coldest Winters in a while. Completely professional, meticulous workmanship with obvious pride, on time and other than eating their lunch right in the boiler room, never stopped working until the job was done. They worked and never left the house because they were prepared and had everything they needed and worked for 13.5 hours straight. We had a complete renovation of our heating system and this was no small task. We have very tight tolerances for space and both men were receptive to my suggestions as to how to properly position the new system in an effort to take full advantage of what space there is.

Bob always made certain I was informed of the progress in this endeavor from before he and I signed contracts, while the boiler was in order and transit and afterward gave us a tutorial and answered all my many questions. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend these two experts and Comfortmaster, inc.

Had yearly maintenance service and Mike did an excellent job. He did the job necessary and tweak a few nuts n bolts. Mike recommended a clean up of the condenser that's not covered under my contract. Highly recommend him.

Our heat pump system, installed by another vendor, failed in January 2015. With temperatures plummeting, we were forced to rely on two fireplaces and some electric radiators for heat. Comfortmaster acted quickly to propose and install a replacement system that relied on burning propane when temperatures dropped below freezing, while using heat pumps for normal range of temperature. Comfortmaster's crew worked long hours in terrible weather to get the new system up and running. Their system also gave us back up in the event of power failures, since our generator lacks the power to drive the heat pumps, but can easily handle the exhaust vents needed for the propane burners, giving us an efficient system, reliable at all temperatures. These guys provide smart and responsive service.

I have been with Comfortmaster on their club plan for many years now, and they consistently provide excellent service at great value. They truly do give you "peace of mind" for your heating and cooling needs! Thanks for the great service!

Adam and helper Larry did an excellent job on installation of new AC/Heat system. Both gentlemen were very neat and clean in their work. They took their time to be sure the job was done correctly. Adam listened to my concerns and took them into account during the installation process. Both men made sure the house (both inside and out) were left cleaned up every night before leaving the job site. It was a pleasure having them work in my home. I would highly recommend Comfort Master for any AC/Heating needs you may have. Job well done!

ComfortMaster provided same day service, technician was prompt, courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem and we had heat back in 15 min. He stayed for 15 minutes after to make sure it was working properly. Best service we have ever had by any company. Will not be using any company other than them.

Anthony, of Comfort Master, designed and installed our heating/cooling system 10 years ago. Anthony and his technicians have been maintaining it ever since. They have more recently replaced our electric hot water heater and installed an all house humidifier. The few problems we have had as our heating/cooing system has aged have been addressed and fixed in a timely and professional manner.
Their goal to make our life "more comfortable" has been accomplished.

Scheduling with comfortmaster was super easy. I had a few questions regarding my radiant system and they sent someone out at a reasonable price. Adam, the tech, was extremely knowledgeable and loves his job. He explained where I could make my system more efficient and sold me on becoming a member of the loyalty club.

Would we recommend Comfortmaster of Cold Spring to others? The number one concern we had when selecting a heating and cooling services was quality and having the job done according to our specifications. We wanted to deal with the company, not a subcontractor making sure every single detail was taken care of as he would do in his own home. Installation was professional done by Adam E. and the rooms were left in clean condition. Adam has knowledge of the product and took great care to explain it in easy terms. When we need to have our unit service we have requested Adam as our technician as he is dedicated and committed to achieve perfection in the work he does. We did have a couple of issues (building permits) and after contacting Anthony (owner) we were able to get satisfaction. The A/C unit is quite, the house is very comfortable and we are satisfied with the transformation from the noisy inefficient window units.

Our heat went out one night, and a friend recommended Comfort Masters. I called them that evening, and got a call back a little later. While they were willing to come out that night, another friend recommended another plumber, and he had already arrived to our home by the time Comfort Masters called back (it all happened very quickly). The plumber identified the problem, and the next morning tried to get the part, but could not. He knew I'd called Comfort Masters, and recommended that I call them back, hoping that the part may be on one of their trucks. As a plumber, he liked Comfort Masters. So I followed his recommendation, and Comfort Masters was at our house soon after. They did have the part on their truck, and fixed the problem. We had heat that day. We were kept informed of everything, and I appreciated the way they educated us in how the boiler works, and why it failed. Thank you, Comfort Masters.

Professional throughout! They were timely with stopping by for an assessment, following up with an estimate, and scheduling the installation of my new boiler. The crew was friendly and polite. The installation took a day and a half, but they worked extra on the first day to make sure that I had heat in the house overnight -- much appreciated!
