I had two woven Flatweaves runners cleaned here after a renovation project filled our apartment with dust. The rugs looked dull and gray no matter how much we vacuumed them. The technicians explained that construction dust settles deeply inside woven rugs and cannot be removed properly without factory washing. The pickup process was simple and very organized. During the rug cleaning process they also repaired some loose stitching along the edges. When the rugs returned, they looked dramatically cleaner and the patterns were far more visible again. I’m very satisfied with both the cleaning and repair work.

Green carpet cleaning sucks..not only did they do a lousy job cleaning the carpet but they put down more dirt then they picked up by staining my brand new carpet

I have one sofa, Flokati rug and two small seats covered with wool fabric. They have done pressurized hot water cleaning in our living room and none was wet afterwards. It is wonderful having you guys.

Extremely unprofessional. I had made an appointment for a appraisal on a rug to be cleaned and they were supposed to come to my home today. After taking the day off and waiting around i decided to call and see when they would arrive. The woman on the phone was apologetic and told me she would find out and call me back. My call was never returned. To make matters worse I had called back 6 times over 2 hours and no one answered. This business is extremely unprofessional and i will be taking my inquiries elsewhere.
