Constraction reviews in Congers, New York

VP Gutters came to our house in Congers and did a phenomenal job! They cleaned our gutters out and pressure washed our whole house. It looks brand new. Now we’re ready for spring! Highly recommend them. They are very kind, professional, very knowledgeable as well as affordable!

Dennis, the owner of VP, power washed my roof, gutters, and parts of the siding of my home in September 2023. Dennis also repaired my roof shingles to prevent water leakage into my home. I was impressed with his quality of work, and his extra effort to go beyond just cleaning the roof but by cleaning parts on my siding that showed some mold. Dennis wanted to make sure I was very satisfied. I asked Dennis to come back each year and check my roof for any issues with the shingles, but he said that would be a waste of money. Dennis said every other year would be satisfactory. This told me that Dennis was not taking advantage of me and doing work that did not need to be done. I plan to call Dennis in 2025.

Dennis did a great job on cleaning the gutters and power washing my deck and walkway. Professional, clean and fairly priced. Will be doing business with him again.

Needed someone to help me quick with a filthy grass stained fence and patio. He was here within 48 hours, did an outstanding job & transformed my backyard. Awesome, fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Worth every penny. Highly recommend. I will have them back 100% Thank you, Dennis!

I have used VP gutter cleaning multiple times and they do a great job on the gutters but they also do so much more such as roof’s and repairs out side to the house. Dennis is extremely reliable and quick to respond. I highly recommend them.

Anyone who knows me can tell you I am a perfectionist who pays close attention to details and likes to get to know the person / persons I am dealing with. When I first contacted Dennis at VP Gutter Cleaning he responded immediately. He went to my home & accessed the project. I didn't need to take off time from work . Within a day he had a written estimate emailed to me. I kind of drove him crazy when I asked him to adjust the estimate to fit my budget, but he was extremely attentive and patient. I also told him that I was a senior and he took that into consideration . Within a week he installed new Gutters, power washed my house, my windows, my back porch, deck, & my shed, (inside & out). His price was good and he did a wonderful job. Hopefully, if my budget allows, I will have him back next year to do additional Gutter installation. Thank You Dennis!

We have been customers of VP Gutter Cleaning and Pressure Washing Services for several years. We were in need of gutter cleaning years ago and happened to see their truck on our street and decided to contact them which ended up being the best decision we made.
In addition to cleaning our gutters, they also replaced the gutters that were old and power washed our home. VP Gutters are excellent at what they do. They are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and thorough and I would recommend their services to anyone who’s in need of them without hesitation.
GREAT COMPANY!

Hired VP for a house and roof wash. Dennis came right out for an estimate and the communication was amazing from day 1. On the day of service, he was on time and ready to go and the house looked spotless when he left. Would highly recommend and will be using next year for the pool deck.

Spoke with Dennis from VP Gutter and Pressure Washing. First off he answered the phone in a polite manner and then he got an estimate i believe in the same day. The house looked great when he finished and my wife said he was very friendly. Would refer them to anyone who may ask.

The house, stoop, walkways and patio were power washed and all are looking clean and refreshed. Dennis was helpful by informing me one of the drains from a leader was clogged. Utilizing what I had available, he rerouted the drain. Problem solved. I recommend this business.

We hired VP Gutter for replacing some old gutters, changing where one of the gutters was discharging and gutter cleaning and are so happy with the service we received! Dennis was super responsive and gave us a quote right away. We were leaving the country for 3 weeks but needed the work performed asap and he was able to take care of it while we were gone. Everything was exactly as discussed and completed to our satisfaction. I would recommend VP Gutter to anyone in the area as they are fantastic and perform quality work!

VP Gutter Cleaning & Pressure Washing did a fabulous job! My beige home was quite green and in need of a good cleaning. Dennis showed up on time, well prepared and made my house sparkle! He took care with the plants around the house, covering them to protect them. We are very pleased with his efficiency and overall professionalism. I highly recommend his services and will be using him again in the future.

After toying with the idea for the past couple years, I finally had Gutter toppers installed by VP Gutters and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. When Dennis mentioned he also offered whole house power washing, I decided to take a careful look at the exterior of my home. I’m embarrassed to say, I didn’t realize how dirty the siding, gutters, soffits, trim, and stone was. I immediately signed up for the cleaning.

Within the week of my call, Dennis arrived on time and power washed my entire house and pathways. All I can say is “Wow”! What a difference it made. He worked all day and was meticulous with his work. My house looks like a brand new home!

Thanks Dennis for another job well done. I recommend VP Gutters wholeheartedly for gutter cleaning, gutter installs, gutter toppers, and now I can add power washing to the list!

I called VP Gutter Cleaning in the morning and Dennis answered my call; I explained that I needed the gutters cleaned and he advised that he would come to my house later in the day. At mid day he called me and let me know he was on his way to my house. Excellent response time. When he came to the house he was friendly and very helpful. He completed the job efficiently. I plan to use his gutter cleaning service again in the spring. Thanks very much Dennis.

Absolutely thrilled with the service from VP Gutter Cleaning! Dennis came out to address some urgent issues with my gutters after I just bought a new home. The gutters were clogged and overflowing, causing quite a bit of concern. Dennis did a phenomenal job not only cleaning them thoroughly but also took the time to explain preventive measures and maintenance tips to keep things running smoothly in the future. His expertise and advice were invaluable. On top of that, the customer service was absolutely great—Dennis was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend VP Gutter Cleaning for anyone needing top-notch service and exceptional customer care!

I needed my gutters and eaves cleaned on my house and called Dennis at VP Gutter Cleaning for an estimate. He came by the same day and provided an estimate for the work I needed done. He did the gutters, the house, eaves, power washed my steps, railings and sidewalks and was very reasonably priced as well. He was very prompt and friendly. I absolutely love the way everything came out. I am totally satisfied with his work and highly recommend him. I will definitely be using his services again in the future. Thank you Dennis!
