Not sure who gave them five stars, but that won’t be the case here. Had a problem with my heating unit, pilot light went out. Joe came and tried few things,including cleaning few parts. In the end, he said he needed to replace a copper wire (cost -$203).
Unit worked for two weeks. 11/13 while at work unit went on the whole day, but no heat provided. Called service after 6 p.m. to send someone over. Alex (Newburg) came in about 8 p.m ...he re-lit the pilot light after checking parts to make sure they work. It lasted less than 24 hrs. I’m back to no heat now, out over $350, had a part replaced which in my opinion needed no replacing as I still have the same problem.It seems to me that they don’t know what they are doing.
Waiting on Sasso HVAC this very cold morning hoping they will fix it and guarantee their work.
Thoroughly disappointed to say the least.
