Very bad customer service.

Say 12pm close it. It's11 am Saturday morning and is close already

I purchase here all the time. The staff is very knowledgeable and the inventory is quite extensive.

It's a great place with great employees and my friend Suzanne's husband, Mike Flauraud is the counter man who politely and thoroughly will meet all your plumbing needs!

Jennifer is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Whether you are starting from scratch or looking for replacement parts AF has everything you need.

Terrible company
Make me drive 30 minutes just to not have my order. Guys are smoking cigarettes and talking / texting on cell phones all day.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

the sign on the door said they were open monday (the day i went) until 5:00pm. I went by at around 2:30pm, but the doors were locked. there were cars in the parking lot, but no one was around. i thought maybe everyone was on a late lunch, so i went back at around 3:45pm. this time, there were fewer cars in the parking lot and the place was still locked. oh well. i looked elsewhere....

I highly recommend AF Supply. Jennifer, account manager, has been both knowledgeable and very helpful. I love the bathroom fixtures she helped me select that was within my budget.

Exceptional service from Jen who was amazing in supporting us renovating our 1891 home. Her recommendations and expertise were invaluable to ensure the 5 bathrooms and kitchen are world class in both quality and functionality.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I'm sure the people at the showroom are wonderful, but this company does not care about online customer service. Waited an extra week for delivery and "customer service" rep said I had to find my $1100 item myself via ups tracking! She couldn't say when/if it would show up and she was "closing for the weekend". Not necessarily a person at this location, to my knowledge, but it *is* this company's online ordering department. NEVER ORDER!! Total disaster and a very unprofessional response to a fairly simple customer issue of 'where is my order'! A business cant take payment, NOT deliver and then wash your hands of it.

They carry the highest quality of materials and offer very competetive pricing. Jennifer works with your contractor to assure a beautiful renovation.

Jennifer is amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of patience. I worked with her on my entire house from large items in the kitchen and bathrooms, to small things like towel bars and she was amazing!!!!

I highly recommend AF Rockland Plumbing Supply. I walked in with pictures of what I currently have in my bathroom and Jennifer took the time to find a beautiful replacement. She was extremely helpful, knowlegable and patient. This was my first time visiting the store, but it won't be my last.

Incredible service that could not be better.

I would absolutely recommend AF Supply and prefer buying from them to support their business over a web based business or any other local big box chain. The following amazing experience will convey my rationale.

I walked into the showroom wearing cloths suitable for working under my sink looking for a difficult to find $30 part for my Grohe Ladylux kitchen faucet.

Jennifer was sitting at her desk and promptly asked how she might help me and went to work digging through her closet of parts. The phone rang and Jennifer continued her search and ultimately brought back the identical part for the total cost of a thank you.

Wow, wow, wow! That's customer service. Keep in mind that Jennifer didn't know me, what I wore didn't convey "this guy owns a six bedroom home in the community", did not know that my wife used AF Supply when we built the addition on our house to furnish the new bathroom and refurbish the existing bathrooms - this was her level of customer service.

This is the not only the model for excellent customer service, but of one tremendous person that's an asset to the business and the community. Much appreciated and very well done. Thank you Jennifer & A F Supply.

AF Plumbing has high quality products and all the latest styles. Best of all Jennifer their sales rep is exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful. In renovating three bathrooms and a kitchen, she has done everything to make our renovation as easy as possible, including measuring and chasing down hard to find products. This is the second time we have used AF Plumbing.

I am remodeling a bathroom to be handicapped and I have been working with Jennifer. She is the absolute best. So patient with all my questions and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me pick the right pieces for what we needed while staying in my budget. Jennifer understood that just because a bathroom is handicapped doesn't mean it can't be nice. I would highly recommend working with her on your project.

Excellent customer service. Jen is extremely knowledgeable of plumbing, fixtures and styles. I wanted to update my 1958 bathroom but I also wanted to keep the style mid century. We were very pleased with the service and the delivery. Next week, I'll see it all done.

What deserves special mention are the rare qualities she possesses and observes to a high degree that make people like me and my wife keep going back to her- - - and to refer family and friends. I seldom recommend people who do work for me because even if they have done an excellent job, they did not convince me they were committed to excellence. The excellent outcome outcome outcome seemed random. With Ms. Jennifer, it has always been the exact opposite. She conveys pride in her work with a determination to control both the input of her effort and the outcome of the intended solution. Combined with this are two of the greatest qualities, trust and common sense And by the way, Ms. Jennifer is also a really warm and user friendly person. This is so easy to see, not only by the way she treats me and my wife, Mindy, our daughter and friends, but by how she treats all customers that I have seen whenever I've been to the showroom. Who wouldn't come back when Ms. Jennifer not only saves you money with her product knowledge and honesty but has your toilet, sink, faucet, you name it, looking and feeling like showroom new for years to come.
