When we discovered a water problem in our basement, the waterproofing company recommended we have our gutters checked. We reached out to Dennis who came literally within an hour to assess the situation. He was the only gutter cleaning contractor who recognized a missing leader right above the area where the problem was. He had a team come to install a new one and clean the gutters as soon as we gave him the go ahead. He is the consummate professional with fair prices. Last week I had Dennis power washing our pool floor. He came early in the morning and started working and I was very happy with the results. My husband came back in the afternoon and was impressed with the clean floor. Dennis was also very kind and considerate. He explained that the stones on the walkway step are thin and would break and shatter if power washed, so it would be best not to do it. When I tried to approach him while he was working, he told me that he would use a chemical solution and it would smell, so I should not come near him.
Dennis is truly the best solution for power washing. If anyone needs power washing, I highly recommend working with Dennis.

Their plow drivers are the worst they have bad attitudes don't know what they are doing if I could give negative stars I would the whole complex is tired of them

I highly recommend Steve Botto Landscaping. My wife and I recently had three companies come and give us bids on a retaining wall, driveway and a total reconstruction of our front walkway and steps. We are not landscape designers and had a general idea of what we wanted but we also wanted ideas and input from the contractor and a detailed written estimate. The first two terrified us, one presented a hand written estimate on a scrap of paper, the other sent a two line estimate with absolutely no details. Then Steve showed up with his Ipad display and a detailed (color printed) landscape design of what he envisioned. He took his time and went over everything in a clear concise presentation. The choice was a no brainer. Steve Botto and his workers showed up on time did all he agreed to do and more. He patiently fielded daily questions and critiques from my very watchful, involved wife and always addressed her concerns. The icing on the cake was when six months after completion; a manufacturing defect in a product that we requested Steve use became evident. Steve made time to call the product manufacturer, meet with them at our home (while I was at work) and then successfully negotiated for the full replacement of the defective material and the cost to reinstall. I came home today to find all repairs made, my yard neat and clean and the problem gone. People like Steve Botto are becoming more scares these days. Steve is a man of his word and one who so obviously takes pride in his work.

Steve has been our landscaper over the past 10 years for my home and business, and we're 100% satisfied with his service, his crew's on time scheduling, and expertise. Last year Steve and his crew installed a beautiful paver walkway at my office which enhanced and beautified the property - we constantly get positive feedback from our customers and visitors!
