Tree reviews in Copiague, New York

Axel and his team did another amazing job. My property looks great! I have used them for years. I am never disappointed. They arrive on time, do excellent work and the price is fair. I highly recommend them.

So one day I was taking a walk in my neighborhood and I saw Jones tree service and took their phone number because I needed some work done in my backyard. They did an exceptional job at my house today. We had a lot of dead arborvitae‘s that we had to take out and they planted beautiful skip laurels in my backyard. They were professional and did an amazing job. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing any tree removal or landscaping design.

I recently hired Jones Tree cutting service for a tree cutting project, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. They were reliable, showing up on time and completing the job as promised. The team was respectful, taking care to protect my property and cleaning up thoroughly afterward. Their responsiveness was impressive, promptly addressing all my questions and concerns. Overall, they did an excellent job, delivering high-quality service with professionalism. Highly recommend!

I have been using Jones Tree Service for a number of years. Axil and his crew are wonderful. They are friendly and courteous, and professional. Their cleanup work is out outstanding. I couldn’t ask for a better crew.

We used Jones for stump removal, tree trimming and removing very invasive ivy on a tree in an attempt to save it. The company was on time, worked efficiently and the clean up was amazing! We were impressed by their professionalism and care for their work. Highly recommend!!!

We’ve been working with Axel and Jones Tree Service for the past 13 years. They take great care of us! They are very thorough and honest, and do a really nice job trimming, removing, and monitoring our trees to keep our home and family safe. They go above and beyond and have also helped to hang and tighten ropes for tree swings, and make us aware of dead trees/ possible issues in neighboring yards. Would highly recommend!

Great experience with Axel and his team. Professionals all around. My backyard experienced growth that required pruning beyond my landscapers ability. Axel assessed the work that was required now and what could be deferred. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Showed up on time. Took their time to shape River birch, Purple Plum and Crepe Myrtle’s. No easy task. Respectful of all neighbor’s property too. He personally inspected all work and didn’t pack up until he was satisfied.

I cannot recommend Jones Tree Service enough. Working with Axel has been the most stress free transaction in my life, he is responsive, professional and the pricing just can’t be beat. Him and his team first cleaned out old overgrown bushes and dead trees along my back fence then he came back to plant new more manageable trees a month later. How they work so fast is beyond me but they do not mess around with getting these jobs done fast and the right way.

Can’t say enough good things about Jones tree service, they came on time and cut back some big branches that were hanging over my garage. They took great care and work safely. I highly recommend them!

JONES TREE SERVICE, SHOUT OF TO THEM! My blue and gold Maccaw got spooked and flew into a tree and was with no food or water for 4 days. Jones was absolutely amazing! They spent hours of there time climbing multiple trees out of the goodness of their heart and helped get him tired (he was already weak from no food or water for 4 days) and he eventually flew in a yard on the ground and I grabbed him 🥹♥️🫶🏻 I have no words to even explain how thankful and grateful I am for these people !!! They are Truly truly amazing.

I had the most positive experience “working” with Axel. I was in need of thin slivers of tree trunks for my classroom. I had reached out to Axel after someone in my neighborhood facebook group suggested I should. He was cutting a tree down less than a mile from my home. He offered to drop pieces off. SO NICE. Should I ever need to cut a tree down, he will be my first phone call. It’s comforting to know there are kind, reliable people in this world. Thank you!

Jones Tree Service In Nassau and Suffolk County NY , Did an excellent job, they were Nice guys, cooperative, kind, honest and respectful. Came in afternoon, trimmed a very tall Walnut tree and cleaned up before leaving.

Great service! The crew showed up on time, did a neat job trimming my trees, and cleaned everything up before leaving. Friendly, quick —highly recommend!

I used this company today to trim and and shape my crape myrtle tree and two others. I am very very pleased with how they look. All the workers were amazing and had everything from start to finish well organized. Would highly recommend this company!!!

Greg and his team did an amazing job as usual. This is the 3rd time I’ve used them and it always exceptional service. Extremely reasonable, responsive, professional and timely. Couldn’t be happier.

Branching out Tree Service is a cut above the rest! Greg's team took down about 10 trees at my place in Holtsville. I got a quote on Tuesday and the team arrived on time, on Thursday. The work only took 90 minutes because they had a well trained and highly effective team. I would certainly suggest this company to anyone looking for tree service in Suffolk or Nassau! 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Excellent crew! Arrived withon a time frame promised and very considerate of my request. Knowledgeable about the health of the trees and eager to maintain balance in canopy. I will definitely use them every other growth season to monitor limbs that could pose danger to area below.
They cleared the area and were done within an hour!

Did great work trimming my two cherry blossoms that were very overgrown, they also did a curtesy trim for a smaller tree on my property which was extremely thoughtful and kind. They did a thorough clean up job after.

Greg and his team were awesome! I had approx 275ft of trees/bushes that needed to be removed and stumps grinded down and they completed the job in just 3.5hrs (with cleanup). Branching Out gave me a very reasonable quote and they maintained great communication throughout the process. I've already recommended their services to two other neighbors on my block! Thank you guys! Support local businesses!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was very excited to use them because of there rep. They guys were professional and did a great job with removals of the trees but the day before the Job I was "convinced" that chipping the would chips (chunks really) would be good for my land and help with the flattening process. Now I am left with a huge mess that will take years to breakdown or thousands to get rid of. On top of that there were a few stumps left behind amongst many huge branches. Upon doing my research I was told this was most likely deliberate (was given a higher estimate by the same company previously and it seemed they want to recover the money by leaving the mess here) as dumping fees have gone up big time....This was not cool and I wish had gone with someone else.

This is 4th time I’ve used Branching Out. They removed 2 large trees from my backyard. Dennis gave me an incredible price. The Crew again removed the trees quickly and safely. They cleaned up all the debris. I highly recommend them. Several of my neighbors have used them and another neighbor plans to use them soon!
