She is reliable, efficient, incredibly attentive to every small detail, and frequently checks in to make sure I am happy with her work. JMS sent a wonderful cleaner. I was not expecting such a thorough clean, as I’ve had my apartment cleaned before, and it’s always looked good, but this was on another level. She spent hours perfecting the clean and got every corner and crevice. I’m quite the tough one to please when it comes to cleaning, and I usually clean AFTER a cleaner leaves — not this time! I am truly grateful how quickly they responded (day of), how they checked in while she was in my home, and how lovely my place looked when the job was finished. Thank you! I will be calling back!
