It’s just sad when a company claims that they respond within 24 hours and they don’t. This company cost me thousands of dollars in Repair because they did not respond within 24 hours of a flood that I had. I would totally not recommend………

Joe was able to come out the day after I called, even though it was a Sunday. He kept us informed about everything he was doing, and when we ran into an unanticipated problem he was able to regroup, call in some back-up, and fix it within a few hours. Very impressive.

Called this company on a Saturday evening to come unclog a toilet which was an emergency due to not being able to use bathrooms without it flooding .He was prompt, courteous. Quick and knowledgeable. I called to have a a connection off of my spring line put in for my garden. Plumbing Plus came out that day and gave me estimate. Two days later they installed the line and made a new post for my garden water. They did a great job! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Friday morning I woke up to an absence of hot water in my electric hot water tank. I called plumbing plus that morning to see if they could help me out. Not only did Joe assure me that he would get it all taken care of, he also promptly came the next day to resolve my issue of a faulty thermostat and burnt out heating element. Him and his partner Derrick were great people. It’s a breath of fresh air having down to earth people from a local company fix my issue without trying to upsell or overcharge. We had a pipe burst between 1st and 2nd floor of an old Victorian house (modern plumbing luckily). He came late at night and had the issue isolated and repaired within an hour. Highly recommended this service for your needs. Excellent knowledge and speedy service.

The owner went out of his way to take care of our issue. Got us in fast, very clean, were very professional and done quickly. We were able to hook our new dishwasher up that same day. We highly recommend and will use again.
