I had Dave come to my house, where he spent over an hour identifying and correcting my plumbing issues. He was professional and very concerned with resolving my problem. I would highly recommend him and have him return to my home for my plumbing issues.

Jim was great! He was nice, knowledgeable and attentive. He really took his time to help us with our problem and I greatly appreciate him. We will definitely be calling him again for anything that we need.

Have had Benjamin Franklin work at our place a few times in recent years. All the men have been terrific. Very courteous and professional. Great communication and I trust the work is solid. Very comfortable to have in the house. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my boiler and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Chris Seppe, the plumber, was excellent—he quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything rolling. George, the owner/manager, personally delivered the replacement part in less than an hour. By midday, the repair was complete, and I had heat and hot water again. Both Chris and George were incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional. I’ve been using their annual service and will absolutely continue to do so. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for their outstanding service and reliability!

Called 1 hour Heating and Air because I had no heat. Benjamin Franklin answered. I explained that I had no heat, they sent a repairman. He diagnosed that I had a frozen pipe however he wasn't equipped to fix the issue and somebody else would return to fix the issue. The 1st repairman also told me that they needed to charge me up front for the 2nd repair guy to come do the job because they were busy and wanted to be sure my appointment was guaranteed by pre paying. About an hour later somebody else did show. They also diagnosed that I had a frozen pipe. They spent 10 minutes looking around my house and told me because I had a lot of new construction and a lot of the baseboard pipes in my house were completed with pex pipe, their electric current machine wouldn't work too thaw any ice blockage. No problem there. I asked about a refund, the repair guy told me he'd have his manager call me back. After 2 hours I received no call so I called them. The rep on the phone told me she would also have a manager call me back.
I waited until the next day. No call. I called again. Same story, a manager will call you back. Another day passes and no call. Ultimately I called my bank to reverse the charge and complain. But beware of these crooks.

I really like everything about them. Their customer service was pleasant and organized. Dave (the plumber) is awesome. He knows what he's doing and explains everything. He took photos and provided options. He cleanup up after himself and he knew to wear shoe booties :)

so why not 5 stars...their fee. I understand 'good service cost' and I can tell you this company will charge you. Overall, I would call them again.

Had an "emergency" this morning with the faucet in the kitchen sink....called Ben Franklin Plumbing and got immediate help. Jim arrived, assessed the problem and discussed our options and the cost of each. We made a decision and Jim went right to work fixing the issue. We have used Ben Franklin Plumbing for more than 20 years and have always been extremely satisfied with their professionalism and work.

I made an appointment in advance. They called the day before and morning of. He came shortly into the window they told me. He assessed the problem, gave me the options, and got to work quickly. Professional and polite. Very happy with the service and as a prior customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing I have been very happy with the quality. I will use them again if I have the need.

Arrived ASAP after calling the office. Billing explained very well with various plans. Mike went to work determining where the leak was coming from. Was inside the wall of a condo built in 1972. Gave a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and estimate. Started working on repairing and James came later to assist. Both very professional. Cleaned up too! Could not ask for better service. Highly recommend! Will call again if any future issues with plumbing.

We thought we had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Instead we had a serious waste water pipe problem. We've had less than good experiences with plumbers in the past, so I decided to give Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Deer Park a try. We were lucky we did. Nick showed up 15 minutes after we called. He assessed the situation and determined serious work would be needed. Nick provided an accurate estimate of the cost of repairs. He called Daniel to assist him and together they went to work. Both were knowledgeable and experienced. They were friendly and their work was excellent, professional and efficient. They were very neat and careful of our home and property. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be who we call if we ever need a plumber in the future. Without reservations we recommend them to our friends and family.

Stay away. Way too overpriced. I was charged over $600 just for the guy to tell me that my toilet broke without anything being fixed. They will charge you an arm and a leg for nothing. Worst experience ever.

Messed up my tub drain trying to fix it myself, called at 5am distraught, they made me an appointment for 8-12 and Jim showed up around 830. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and transparent through every step. He did the full repair in under 4 hours and I couldn't be happier with the results. It looks great, he left no mess and most importantly everything works perfectly. 10/10

My Technician Chris was excellent and explained all my options available for replacement. Installation was quick and clean. They demonstrated how to restart the system if needed offered great advice for future maintenance. Overall a great experience. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to others.

Wanted $765 to replace a fill valve and flapper on my toilet. Plus they were an hour late and didn't honor the Punctual Policy discount. I did not have them do the work and I would never call them again. What a waste of my time!
