Tina was amazing! We had our LG washer repaired and a few other routine services on our dishwasher and fridge! So professional and gave great advice. Will definitely call when we need help again.

Chris was great. Solved our refrigerator issue quickly and professionally. They had the part in stock in the van. Diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Very pleased and will use again if needed.

I called on a Tuesday and they were there first thing Thursday to repair my oven. Tina was very pleasant and professional. Even made friends with my dog. She knew what the problem was immediately. She replaced the igniter in my oven, replaced my dryer venting and cleaned the filter in my front loading washer. I would not only call them again i would refer them to other people.

Company was quick to come out and the service tech (Jamie) was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix the issue because the parts for my machine were no longer available but he was thorough in diagnosing the problem and stayed for over an hour just to make sure he could see the exact problem I was having with the machine.

Tina was absolutely fantastic. She was able to assess the situation. Give me an estimate and fix everything in a timely matter. She was polite and courteous. I appreciated the heads up text before she got here as well as the inclusion of her picture so I knew who to expect. I will definitely use this service again and request Tina.

Our 18 year old Bosch washer finally quit altogether after weeks of difficulty with spin cycle and draining water. We searched for appliance repair in our area and found Register Appliance Service. Phone call, information, appointment and home visit all happened quickly. Jamie was the service technician who identified the problem, a faulty water pump. He placed an order for a replacement pump and returned for a second visit to install. Thanks to his expert knowledge and skill our front loader Bosch washer is up and running again. Simultaneous to this our dryer had developed a strange whistling sound. While attending to the washer problem Jamie was able to diagnose the dryer whistle -- a bit of lint was jammed in the gas line. We had him clean out the dryer vent duct work too. We are so happy to have found Register Appliance Service and recommend them to anyone requiring help with big appliances.

PART 2: Our Bosch washer was working great in the few weeks after Jamie replaced the water pump but then we noticed the clothes weren't completely spun out and water would pool inside the drum hours later. We were still within our 90 day warranty to get another service call without charge. We specifically requested Jamie since he was the initial service technician and he was knowledgeable. Samantha in the office who was both friendly and efficient, handled the part order and technician schedule. Jamie returned and quickly figured out this new problem was a faulty water intake valve and replaced this.

We never heard of Register Appliance Service before our washer had problems but we are so glad we found this company and their qualified employees.

Staff were professional and knowledgeable. They are ordering parts for our dishwasher, and they're saving us from purchasing a new one since the cost of repair is reasonable. I'm glad I chose this company.

Great service. Was able to get next day appointment. Tina fixed my dishwasher on first visit and did dryer vent cleaning as well and the coils on my fridge, which were long overdue. So quick and easy!

Jamie our service representative was very professional in nature and listened to our concerns before he looked at the equipment.
He did a very thorough inspection inside and out and did bring to our attention the refrigerator coils were in need of cleaning, no disputing that.
However, he did not jump into high replacement parts like many other services due.
He trouble shot the problem, explained it clearly to us, as customers we believe his assessment is correct.
My wife and I feel confident enough to recommend his service company.

Tina W was efficient, orderly and very helpful. Found out it would cost more to repair than buying a new fridge. Suggested Orville's. Still had to pay 136 dollars just to look at fridge. Was here only like 10 minutes.

Contacted, Register Appliance Services, relating to an oven issue. Received an appointment next day. Tina called prior to her visit to let us know she was on the way. She diagnosed and fixed the problem, checked to be sure no other issues were noted with our stove and advised of other appliance services her company offers. She made us feel very comfortable and was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend her.
