"I hired this company not too long ago for year-round landscaping, grass cutting, and snow removal, but the experience was unprofessional and unreliable.
The quality of work was poor: they skipped sections of the yard, trimmed bushes haphazardly, and destroyed several of our perennial flowers. They also failed to follow basic contract terms, such as picking up grass clippings or using sufficient weed barriers and mulch.
The most concerning part was the business conduct. We were never provided with clear proof of insurance despite the initial agreement, and they constantly pressured us for more money, claiming they had underbid the job. At one point, they proposed a change to our $50 contract where they would hire an acquaintance to cut the lawn for $25 while they kept the remaining $25 for themselves without providing any service. When we did not agree to this, they moved to cancel our grass-cutting contract entirely.
Between the inconsistent snow plowing and the lack of basic landscaping knowledge, I cannot recommend them. If you’re looking for a company that honors a contract and respects your property, I suggest looking elsewhere
