After calling 3 other “24 hour” emergency companies.. Our last attempt was to Chuck!! Who answered the call at 2 am!!! Chuck listened to our problem, asked for pics.. and determined that NYSEG was responsible!! Beyond that… Chuck personally called NYSEG on our behalf.. It TRULY doesn’t get ANY BETTER than this!!! He answered, he saved us a TON of $$$ AND went to bat for us!! Thank you tremendously!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

After 1 call regarding replacing some bad switches and installing a new fixture and ceiling light, Chuck was able to come pretty quickly. He gave an estimate and did all the work the same day. He did a great job at a great price and we will definitely call him again!

My elderly Aunt and Uncle had a faulty outlet/wiring in their utility shed and I was concerned that it may pose a fire hazard. Chuck responded promptly to my call, attentively listened to my concerns, and arranged for the necessary repairs to be completed on the same day, even after regular business hours. The price for the services provided was exceptionally reasonable, particularly given the after-hours service call, which occurred well after 6pm. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Had a burning smell coming from an outlet this morning, along with power lost across part of the home. Chuck was at our house within minutes and had it repaired within 15 minutes! He explained the situation. Beyond kind and caring. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

I can’t even describe how much Chuck helped me this evening the night before thanksgiving. He rushed out from derby to Cheektowaga within a half hour. He was very helpful and nice and had my problem fixed within a half hour.

I called CFW Electric on Saturday afternoon inquiring to get a quote, by Sunday afternoon the work was completed and it exceeded my expectations. Chuck came to my house Sunday afternoon, we reviewed the jobs, and he went to work. I am very satisfied. A coworker told me about CFW Electric and the prompt service they received. We were in a real jam and needed electrical work at our home completed before the drywallers came in. Chuck took my call, meet me right on times same day, and then after he heard our delimma said, "Do you want me to do it now?" Highly recommend Chuck. Needed a few outlets installed and he was able to come out and install them the same day. Chuck was prompt, knowledgeable, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Good guy! Give him a call!

Called CFW Electric LLC for breaker box, meter housing, and frayed wire replacement after NYSEG visit post-power outage. Charles Wegrzyn immediately called back, negotiated a quote based on a description and pictures. He dropped everything, arriving with his crew, and took care of the installation immediately after contacting NYSEG and set up the inspection process to follow. Great work ethic, knowledgeable, and personable. I would definitely use this company again without hesitation. My thanks to Chuck for being the take-charge expert I was looking for.

7pm and I noticed my breaker box had water in it. Chuck came right out, assessed the cause for me and even helped me out with the roof. He made sure I was all set for now, recommended some roof work for a more permanent solution and was able to save me the hassle of having to call to have my electric shut off. His after hours sevice call was less than I expected.

Chuck was amazing! We needed an outlet repaired and fire alarms installed from a home inspection and he came the same day I contacted him! Great to work with, super nice and the cost was lower than expected! He not only fixed the outlet I originally called about but also fixed another one that I forgot wasn’t working along with 3 fire alarms. Total win! Will definitely be calling him again in the future. Chuck just installed the electrical for our high capacity portable generator and replaced several light fixtures and ceiling fans. He was super responsive, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and reasonable cost wise. We will definitely use him again for future needs. 10/10 highly recommend!
