Chuck was at my house within 20 minutes of me asking for an estimate. Very reasonable prices! I will use them again in the future and will spread the word to send business their way! They installed outlets in my basement.

I called CFW for an estimate on some electrical issues I was having. Chuck, the owner returned my call, came to my house and gave me a reasonable estimate. He came over the next day and fixed all the electrical problems that I was having. I have an older home so some of the electric can be a little challenging but with his knowledge he figured it out. He is a very nice guy, was on time, cleaned up his mess, was polite and respectful. I will definitely call him again when needed. I would also recommend him to anyone that needs work done. Way to go Chuck! Great job! I am very happy with the outcome 🙂

I called Chuck on Thursday evening. Needs a 240V heater wired up in garage. He asked me to text him photos etc of what was needed after we spoke. We set a date for him to drop by Saturday. He called me Saturday when on his way, took a look at the situation, offered a resolution that was both efficient and effectively done for a very fair price. In, out and completed the job within an hour. Very professional, very good job! I had him look at another issue and I will be calling him to handle that as well in very near future.

After calling 3 other “24 hour” emergency companies.. Our last attempt was to Chuck!! Who answered the call at 2 am!!! Chuck listened to our problem, asked for pics.. and determined that NYSEG was responsible!! Beyond that… Chuck personally called NYSEG on our behalf.. It TRULY doesn’t get ANY BETTER than this!!! After 1 call regarding replacing some bad switches and installing a new fixture and ceiling light, Chuck was able to come pretty quickly. He gave an estimate and did all the work the same day. He did a great job at a great price and we will definitely call him again!

My elderly Aunt and Uncle had a faulty outlet/wiring in their utility shed and I was concerned that it may pose a fire hazard. Chuck responded promptly to my call, attentively listened to my concerns, and arranged for the necessary repairs to be completed on the same day, even after regular business hours. The price for the services provided was exceptionally reasonable, particularly given the after-hours service call, which occurred well after 6pm. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Had a burning smell coming from an outlet this morning, along with power lost across part of the home. Chuck was at our house within minutes and had it repaired within 15 minutes! He explained the situation. Beyond kind and caring. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
