At 4 am this morning a smoke detector went off. We have two kids including a special needs child who particularly needs good sleep. I replaced the detector but still beeping. By that time I was panicked and tried to resolve the issue in a rush and happened to call this company by chance. I talked to Nick. To my surprise he tried to walk me through several possible remedies so that I can immediately solve the problem without having a technician out here. I ended up replacing all other detectors too since the detectors are already way over 20 years and they are all hard-wired to each other. Still the same. Nick was so emphathetic and compassionate with my situation and promised to send someone out right away, which rarely happens. Before Nick sent someone out, we ended up exchanging several phone calls over several hours to try different options (he called me three times trying to actively help us). Dave, whom turned out to be Nick’s son, came out and eventually figured out the real issue. The issue was not the smoke detector but a nearby carbon monoxide detector which needed a battery change. So the whole thing was a comic episode but the genuine effort of Nick and Dave to help us was so precious and something that we do not see often. I feel like I met two angels today. Kudos to Nick and Dave!

My wife and I cannot begin to say how thankful we are to have worked with this company. We are currently refinishing and repairing the ceilings in our house, during which we discovered dangerous electrical wiring/ work done by the previous owner. The past owner's work was not up to code and a fire hazard to my family. Nick was quick to answer our call and to help us get the work completed promptly, keeping our ceiling project on schedule (other electricians told us weeks to wait - Really tough to live without an entire floor of your house for weeks!).

Dave completed the work for us the same day with exceptional skill and professionalism. He was happy to explain everything going on, which I appreciated because I am not handy at all! You can tell he genuinely cared about his work and the final outcome of our project.

Please give Be-Bright a call before you contact other electricians! They are experts, and even more importantly, honest caring people you can trust to work on your home.

The service was excellent, prompt, knowledgeable, and honest! We had an added outdoor electric box install for our RV. We also had our breaker panel examined and outlet. Nick was a pleasure to provide upgrade recommendations including fire detector upgrades in more rooms recommend. We highly recommend and will call again with any electrical concerns we may have. We gave 5 star maximum but we would have given 10/10 above and beyond, call Be-Bright Lighting & Electrical. We were extremely satisfied and you will be also.
