The staff at Badding Bros are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wonderful variety of beautiful, healthy plants. This is by far my favourite garden center in Buffalo!

So happy a friend recommended Badding Bros to me! Their online order with curbside pickup has been a serious lifesaver when it comes to social-distancing boredom fixers. Of course that means I've been back multiple times and my houseplant collection is growing bi-weekly but is that really a downside??
Also a plus is their next level staff. They are always so kind and helpful. I'd definitely consider myself a loyal customer until death at this point. This place is seriously the best.
See you all in a few days when I inevitabily go "window shopping" online and end up buying several more things lol.

I went there first time to check if they have any uncommon clematis varieties, it turns out they have none, but a mandevilla vine caught my eye. So I brought the mandevilla to the register and asked the woman if the plant has any guarantee or warranty, she said no. I ask if it is just for this plant or any plant, she answered they do not give guarantee or warranty to any of their plants. I pointed out to her there are yellow spots on the leaves and also the new shoots are dropping leaves, the plant is clearly under stress. She said to me with a smirk: they look healthy enough to me, you do not have to buy it. I was quite surprise to the answer and respond: Most of the nursery and garden center would give some sort of guarantee, I do not think it is an out of line question. She said to me again: you do not have to buy it.

I was stunned and went home. After I went home, I told my neighbor about it. She called them asking about their guarantee, the same woman waited on me told my neighbor that they do not give guarantees on their plants, but if a plant does not make it it can be returned and they might offer a discount on another plant. Evidently, they skipped the second half to me, possibly on purpose, given I already voiced my concerns at the register. I am not born here and I have an accent, my neighbor is born and raised here. I would rather not to think it is true, but they are treating customers with different skin colors differently. Especially given there are so many high reviews here, assuming those are real.

Although I always like to support local business and family business, but not sure how could their high price/no guarantee business model survive.

We love this place. Farm to table vegetables and fruits. Got our pie pumpkins for homemade pie and look forward to getting our Christmas tree here, when the time comes!! Support your local economy!!

Love this place!! I was searching for a rarer houseplant so I made the trip out to Badding Bros from Rochester. Selection was AMAZING, plants seemed all in very good condition, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!!

Decent selection in the high season, good deals twords the end. Needed some emergency plants for the Buffalo garden walk and got some nice fillers. Me and my partner have gotten many beautiful healthy plants.

What a treasure trove!! Everything you could possibly want, fresh from the farm, under one roof. Lots of local make trinkets and ornaments to make your outside both festive and decorative. And if that was not enough to top it off some of the area's friendliest and helpful people are on team Badding Bros Farm Market. Worth the drive

WOW, the flowers and and baskets are beautiful, they are mesmerizing. Every plant is healthy with a wide variety. There are many interesting and unique decorations for any garden or patio. It became my favorite nursery on my first visit...still is.

Great selection, friendly helpful staff. The 4 star is because 1)not much parking,, and frequently overflows to parallel parking on Transit Rd, and 2) you have to also go to walmart etc to get fertilizer/non plant items, because they are grossly overpriced here. I can't speak to the plant pricing, because I have nothing to compare to, but they have a loyalty card where they check off every $20 you spend and you get something back after like $200 (sorry I don't know where I put the card).

Badding Brothers is by far my favorite place to shop for houseplants. I have an extensive collection, and they always get unique plants. Everything is so well taken care of and gorgeous. They also have a beautiful selection of pottery and a large farm market inside.

My husband & I go here for our hanging plants, tomatoes, cucumbers & such. They are so helpful inside and out. You feel like you are wanted. So quick to answer your questions. Even the customers are friendly. Need to go back to get a fern for my sunroom.

First time visiting them today and we were amazed at the variety. The prices are good too. We also liked their fresh produce. The staff is exceptionally helpful. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for your amazing customer service!!

We visited the farmers market and were extremely pleased with the products and knowledgeable sales staff. I noticed a price discrepancy on my receipt once I arrived home. I called the market and Emily took care of the price adjustment over the phone. Excellent customer service.
