They may not have had what I was looking for in stock, but that didn't stop the gentleman from giving me advice for over 10 minutes! Next time I need anything that they might even possibly carry, you can bet that I'll be taking a trip here, even if it is completely out of my way.

Nice store. Came in to get a new pool filter and it was the wrong size. They didn't have the correct size but they did an immediate return so I appreciate that.

Horrible experience. The pool was started in May, and is still not finished mid September. Nothing but problem after problem. No one takes responsibility for any of the problems. I would never recommend them to anyone. We are contemplating a law suit.

Requested a pool estimate for a gunite pool and spa (fiberglass as a second choice) and 5 weeks later have received no estimate, infomration or update. We were not provided with any pamphlets, information or other details. This lead us to contact a concrete contractor directly who is willing and able to do the gunite work but no response from colleys still.

Thanks Colley’s for getting my pool up and running again! The motor on my pump was kaput; Colley’s was able to come out within a day to diagnose the problem. By the next day my pump had a new motor and I was back to enjoying my pool! Thanks Colley’s!!!

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I would never call this company again. No one has any clue what is going on and to top it off they are extremely impolite. I should have read all of the negative reviews about them before I made the mistake of calling them. Additionally, they quote one price and then without even discussing it with the customer they attempt to charge more. If you attempt to question them about it you just get the runaround. Save yourself the aggravation and go with a different company.

We've used them for pool closings for a few years now. They consistently do a great job and do lots of small helpful things above and beyond the call of duty. Like unscrewing all the anchors for me, uncapping the pool ladder feet, cleaning the filter so its ready for storage, lots of nice little things other companies never bothered with.

They refused to service a pool they have been servicing for years simply because I am the new owner of the house. They can't accept "new customers". They clearly do not care about retaining business, or helping people who truly need help and are willing to pay for it.

The woman I spoke with was very condescending and probably should not be in a customer facing environment.

I am a new customer this year and the 5/6 times I have shopped have always been perfect! The staff is super knowledgeable, excited to help, and professional. I use to shop a competitor but I figured I would give Colley’s a try. It’s was a night and day difference between service and the cleanliness. This location is spotless!!!! I am happy this store is in my area and will shop for years to come.

Wow! Amazed that they have plenty of sales people to give one on one help, free shipping and I compared price with both Home Depot and Lowe's. For the tub, shower unit we bought the price was considerably lower here!
