Tree reviews in East Amherst, New York

I worked with Dallas and his team! They were nothing but incredible to work with!! Very knowledgeable, responsive, fair, and helped take my monster of a tree down and open up my front yard!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

We recently had Mike and Dallas from Pro Stump & Tree come out to assess a problematic tree on our property, and they went above and beyond. Not only did they evaluate the tree we were concerned about, but they also did a thorough walkthrough of our entire 1-acre lot and identified other trees that will become issues in the near future. Their quote process was hands-down the most efficient I’ve ever experienced, and their pricing was very reasonable.

Mike kept us informed every step of the way with excellent communication, so we always knew when the crew would be there and what work was being done. Dallas and his crew did an outstanding job removing a fallen tree that was tangled in others, took down several small trees, trimmed extensively, and ground stumps. They were professional, efficient, and left the property spotless.

They made sure we were completely satisfied before wrapping up—and we absolutely are! If you’re looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused tree removal services, I highly recommend Pro Stump & Tree.

Working with Pro Stump & Tree was a breath of fresh air. Dallas & Mike are class acts. Communication was amazing - service was fast, clean and respectful.

I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for tree & stump removal.

Thank you

Dallas and his team did great work at my 3-story Victorian home. Dallas was on time, extremely professional and had fantastic pricing! I highly recommend Dallas to anyone looking for this service. We'll definitely use this company in the future.

It’s difficult to find a 5 star specialty service at a reasonable price point, which makes it more meaningful to receive 5 star reviews.

This company works closely & effectively with A to Z Buffalo Trees & they both provide 5 star services. Alex from A to Z Buffalo Trees
& Dallas from Pro Stump & Tree communicate with each other via before, during & after
text, photos, & videos, ensuring each understands what needs to be done & that it is done to perfection.

Instead of scouring the internet to find someone who may or may not show up, price gouge or send unprofessional “creeps” to your property, stop at Pro Stump & Tree for any needed stump grinding!

Dallas came back to stump grind additional parts of the tree stump after i removed parts of the decking. Great pricing. Thanks again!

Mike was very helpful regarding job details and pricing. Dallas was on time, respectful and did an excellent job on removing a giant tree stump and performing cleanup afterwards. My first time using their company and I would Definitely use again!

Pro Stump and Tree employees are great !
Starting with Mike who walked me through the process and amazingly enough scheduled me for an appointment that day. Dallas was very thorough and answered all my questions. He cleaned up everything so nicely.
My mom who is 85 years old was watching Dallas from the window and kept commenting on what a great job he was doing!
Thank you for everything and keep up the great work.
Best,
Minni

Extremely disappointing - all promises and very little delivery. While grinding the stump, large chips were flying everywhere hitting our neighbor’s garage and other yards. Neighbors complained about the mess. Our entire backyard lawn was destroyed. He told us he could reseed the backyard - for an additional cost of $1500 The first try yielded nothing - they blamed it on the topsoil! They left us a $25 bag of seed and told us to try that! They finally came back with different top soil and more seed. We had to re-rake and re-seed (at our own expense) the backyard 2 more times in order to get the grass to grow. They blamed everything on the warm summer. If they knew growing a lawn in summer heat wasn’t going to work, they should not have told us they could do it, take our money and run. Nothing but excuses, no responsibility, just repeated requests to leave them a good review - really?!?!?

Larry was amazing—fast and professional. If you want to save money, call him!
Highly recommended.

Larry and his team were absolutely incredible. We had 13 trees chopped down and a ton of arborvitaes trimmed. The crew came in and completed the entire job in one day. Not only was the work done exactly how we wanted, they also cleaned everything up so perfectly! It was as if they were never there - literally swept clean. Their machinery did not tear up any grass, which was great considering the time of year. Surrounding neighbors were also impressed with how well the job was completed. All of Larry’s crew members were very friendly and hard working. Pricing was competitive, in fact, Larry beat all other estimates. I would 100% recommend this company. Trusted Tree Services is who you should call for any tree/landscaping needs.

Excellent customer service and the work was amazing! I was very happy with all the trees that came down perfectly and the clean up was great! I highly recommend and will use them again! Thank you Brian and team!

Larry and his crew were very professional from start to finish. My maple was losing branches, causing damage to my neighbors property, taking hold of my plumbing and was beginning to split. They removed the tree the first day then took care of the stump on the second day. The cleanup was immaculate including on my neighbors property. I couldn’t be happier!

Five star service for less. Tree trimming, planting, landscape work are all done professionally and quickly with no clean up needed. Our neighbors are impressed!

Thank you Larry and crew! these guys removed two very tall evergreens along with the stumps for a great price. Completed the job quickly and left no mess in the yard.

Ryan was great to work with and a really nice guy. He was very quick to respond and provide a quote. He happened to have an opening the next day and the crew was on time, efficient, and trimmed the tree beautifully exceeding my expectations. They cleaned all the trimmings and left no trace. Start to finish, top notch.

Awesome guys and would highly recommend!

Larry was a pleasure to work with! He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with how my tree trimming turned out!!! The job was done quickly, efficiently and spotless cleanup which I especially appreciated! I would highly recommend! He even removed an old kite from a different tree for me!
