Northeastern Exteriors was hired to design our restaurant alleyway. Their designs were not only spot on with what we were looking for, they were also very creative & practical. They were very dedicated to the use of recycled materials which was a very important factor in our choice. We loved working with them on all levels. I highly recommend this company so much so that we hired them for a second job at our home.

My wife and I hired Northeastern Exteriors to rip out our existing poured concrete patio and back deck, and build a new one in our small city backyard. My expectations of what could be done with such a small space was limited, but Northeastern proved me wrong by designing and building an incredible backyard patio and new deck. Barry designed the new patio with a unique diagonal orientation that dramatically increased the amount of useable space. They built it with real flagstone and reclaimed street pavers, instead of concrete blocks. They also built a new deck, again redesigning from what was originally there to seamlessly tie into the new patio. Because of the quality of the materials, the new patio and back deck are virtually maintenance free, and we easily have one of the nicest outdoor spaces of anyone we know. I would highly recommend Northeastern Exteriors to anyone looking for a truly high quality outdoor living space.

Highest quality of craftsmanship, outstanding professionalism and expertise. From start to finish every detail of our covered patio with kitchen/bar area and fireplace was carefully articulated and planned for to give us the perfect space. Not one detail was overlooked, this space is beyond what we had hoped for, it is an extension to our home to be enjoyed through every season of the year. Every worker that come to our home was an absolute pleasure, showing kindness, consideration to us and our three children. Our family will have many years enjoying this perfectly amazing space. My experience: I hired Northeastern Exteriors to design and build a large custom patio with fire pit and landscaping at my home.

I'm surprised to see there are only a couple of reviews for Northeastern Exteriors. But then again, part of the reason for it might be that my experience showed me that they value quality over quantity. Barry (the owner and designer) and his team invested a huge amount of time, sweat, and creativity in the project they completed for me this year.

I initially called them because I liked the photos I saw on their website and thought they might be able to do something of similar quality for me. Over the course of a few weeks, Barry and I went back and forth on design ideas - he listened carefully both to what I said I wanted, as well as what I needed help to come up with. The building process was smooth. They used quality materials that I expect to last a very long time.

I think the best part of working with Northeastern is dealing with Barry - he is professional, friendly, honest, and talented. If you are in the market for any service they provide, I highly recommend that you at least consult with them before committing elsewhere. I found their prices to be fair - neither more or less expensive than I would have expected, and they were willing to help make adjustments to the design to accommodate my budget when necessary without sacrificing the beauty of the end result. At no point did he ever come to me with any sort of cost overage - his estimate before the job was his price at the end of the job.
