Great service I would recommend. I had a white wool rug 5 by 8 that had some oil and grease stains from a bike I left on its side. Robert came on time, assessed it, helped me to understand that particular type of stain and what to do right after I spot it so I could minimize the impact next time. Then he took the carpet and returned it to me clean. Cost was good and service was great. Thanks, was easy and affordable

Called to get a quote for a carpet cleaning. Woman on the phone was incredibly aggressive and rude. My father is an immigrant and because he had a bit trouble understanding, she yelled "YOU NEED TO LISTEN!" Completely unprofessional.

Great experience with these guys from Area Rug Cleaner Queens. I used them for the first time many years ago and stuck with them ever since. They're professional, clean, timely, and do a good job. It's satisfying to watch the carpet change from dirty to clean. I usually spring for the extra enzyme treatment as I have pets. There are no harsh smells involved which is a big deal for me (and my pets). They bring a van and run a hose up to my apartment from the basement. They also have a large cleaning machine when I need my basement carpet cleaned. I'm a little obsessed with it in fact as I'm a clean freak despite having clutter, and if I had the money I'd do it more often every few months.
