Rude and unprofessional.

Run from these guys - falsely claimed to be able to fix an issue over the phone. Showed up and said sorry we don't do this. Charged the $200 service fee. Hung up on me twice while trying to resolve the problem over the phone...this is what 40years of bussines has taught them? STAY AWAY!

Joe and his team came to my home and were very professional and saved me thousands on my 30 year old Subzero that I was told by another company I had to replace! The price to repair was $1500 as opposed to purchasing a new one which would have been $15,000. The one year guaranty on BOTH parts & labor was an extra bonus!! Thank you again CorJus!

Cory is great. He is quick and efficient. He came to fix my Samsung washing machine & did the whole job in under an hour. I highly recommend this company and are very fairly priced. I will definitely use them again..

I used this company multiple times and have been satisfied until now. The repairman came and couldn’t fix the washer machine and he tried to put back a part on the dishwasher . We paid a service fee and he said he will get the part for the dishwasher and he will charge us just for the part. After many phone calls, they never got the part. I purchased it one line. When the same person came back to put it in , he wanted to charge us for another service call $120.00. When I reminded him of what he said, he told us to lose his number and wouldn’t take a 20.00 tip. Told us we could use the money more than he can. I believe he is the son of the owner.
I’m happy to lose his number and you should too.

Joe the owner is bad business.Corey is just like his father. Rude and obnoxious and a liar. We are a family that needed our dryer fixed as we were taking our son to the hospital and couldn’t get to a laundromat they use Shady bait and switch tactics. They take your $125 diagnostic fee that is supposed to go towards repair and add it on to a ridicules part amount. Without getting into a whole story I did file a complaint to the BBB for which he’s isn’t accredited with his 6 “alias” business names. But I was able to file a complaint for the refund if my $125 as we had to go with another vendor for a reasonable igniter coil repair if $140 and not the $350 he wanted to charge us. Stay away!! He also goes under the names Freeport appliance repair, sand light appliance in east meadow, joes appliance all queens appliance and I’m sure there are others. You call then get a different location with bad business practices. Please be warned! Shame on you Joe what 50 years in business and you can’t do the right thing and refund $125 for incorrect pricing?

Stay away from this company!!!!! I had an issue with my refrigerator. I appreciated them coming that same day, but then realized it was just to grab $125 for a service call. Cory said I need a new compressor. When I called the main office asking how much if I got the compressor and they just installed it, the guy on the phone QUOTED ME $1,500!!!!! JUST FOR THE LABOR!!!!!! And then he tried to justify it by saying it's a 3 hour job. Well, I called LG Factory Service and turns out the compressor was still under warranty!!! And LG Factory Service recommended a local repair place that did an EXCELLENT JOB FOR $400 IN JUST ONE HOUR!!! I don't know how this Cor-Jus Repair (Sands Light Repair...I'm seeing that they have a few different aliases...wonder why) does business. It's sad. I felt completely ripped off by them. They should be ashamed of the prices they're quoting people.
