The customer service and timely response was great! I called first thing in the morning and they were scheduled to come the next day. I received a call back and they were able to fit me in and complete the repair the same day. I would highly recommend their services!

Repair person was efficient and polite. My dryer was repaired quickly and efficiently. However, when the service technician came for the initial service call, he claimed that the cost of the repair would be $575 (for parts and labor) because it was out of warranty. He said that we could think about getting the item repaired and get back to them. If we chose to have them repair the dryer, the $140 would apply to the cost associated of the repair.
Upon my own doing a little of my own research I learned that the item was under warranty. When I called back to clarify, the customer service representative had to double (and triple check). Begrudgingly, they acknowledged that it was, in fact, under warranty and if I wanted it to be repaired it would cost $99 (labor) and $18 to ship the parts. I agreed to have the dryer repaired knowing that the $140 would least cover the cost of the labor. When the repair person came, he fixed it and then billed me $160 stating that because it was under warranty the previous service call (an inaccurate diagnosis) costs would not be applied to the repair. I have no problem with the work done. I feel like they were intentionally misleading about the warranty. The fact that they charged me for a service call that they know was not accurate, supports that. It indicates that it’s part of their business model. Just be a little careful when dealing with them.

Dave came to repair my washer and informed me that it wasn’t worth the cost of the repair and I should buy a new one. And I appreciate the honesty. Very friendly/ professional and definitely would recommend him to anyone needing services.My oven wasn’t turning on all the time.Dave came back the next week with the part and it works perfectly. I would give him 30 stars if I could 👊

Jamie was awesome! He took apart the dryer and pointed out the issues. I could tell he was highly experienced. Took care of my issue and it was well worth it! Also gave me some advice on my dishwasher while he was here! I’ll definitely be calling back with any future appliance issues! Highly recommend!

Needing a repair person for our oven, I searched the reviews on Google. Register Appliance stood out from the others so I called them. The night before they were to come, our dishwasher developed an issue. Register Appliance was able to repair both appliances, saving us hundreds in replacement costs. We actually answered the phone when you call with a person who can speak English! They made the appointment. He showed up exactly when he said he was going to and he was straight up Honest and respectful. I also appreciate coupon that was given in case we decided to go to orville's for our new appliance. Our technician's name was Ray He was wonderful to work with.

Register Appliance has been making repairs in my home for over a decade. They continue to be knowledgeable, professional, and quick. I appreciate that I am told ahead of time who will be coming to the house, with a photo, and the service professional was in uniform and very polite as well as respectful. I would recommend them to anyone with an appliance issue.

Excellent and friendly service from start to finish. Dave was knowledgeable, informative, and knew what we needed to repair our dryer and get it going. He showed up when they said he would arrive and worked quickly to get the job done. He even let us know that another tech from another company had made a mistake and corrected it. They were able to schedule an appointment right away rather than having to wait days or weeks for a repair. I highly recommend this company and would use them again if I need any other repair work.

This was our first time using Register Appliance since our regular appliance repair did not do Bousch dishwashers. Making an appointment was easy. While our repairman did not show until the later part of the scheduled time, when I called the office they informed me he was still on a prior appointment and would call when he was on his way. José was professional and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He mentioned the service was warrantied for 90 days if the problem came back. I would use this company again if needed.

Very professional and explained what was wrong so I could understand for the dishwasher. Then he is going to replace the lid lock on my washer. I was glad he was able to look at it since he was here for dishwasher. I would recommend to my family and friends. Very quick appointments and called to let me know how far away he was. Great service.

I had my dryer vent cleaned. The technician was communicative, kind and efficient. He took the time to explain what he did and what he found. He also explained when I should call for the next maintenence schedule. I didn't feel over sold. Great experience.

José did a great job for us. Professional, courteous, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem with the gas feed on our stove top, and fixed the issue very quickly. He explained his process and what to look for should the problem recur. As a bonus, he gave us some tips on keeping other appliances free of problems. This was our first call to Register Appliance and we will call them again should we need a quick response and reliable service.

Our oven broke, and we had to find a repair service fast. This company was recommended on Next-door app by a number of people. I scheduled online for the next day.
The service technician José came out. Super nice, very knowledgeable and fixed the oven. Prices are reasonable. I am very happy with the appliance service.

The tech identified the problem quickly and was honest that even though it is a new machine (1.5 years old) the repair is basically the same price as a new. We only paid the service call and he said their quote would be good for 30 days and we could think about it. I feel he was fair and honest, would recommend.
