It started as friends, then neighbors and 30 years ago, we chose Kitchen Concept I over all the competition to design and install the new kitchen, wet bar, master bath ,guest bath and powder rooms. It now is 30 years of use and history, but when the cabinet hinges needed replace/ adjusted, a call and a stop at the beautiful showroom and Aaron made himself available during this busy season an accommodated us. NOW THAT IS PROFESSIONALISM and customer satisfaction, This team truly walks the talk, almost unheard of in today's environment. THANKS PINO TEAM!!

Everyone told me you could do a kitchen remodel on your own and a designer was expensive. Here is the thing, it was simple, so MONEY WELL SPENT and this is from a miser when it comes to anything. The process was simple, they took care of everything. We didn't have to find an electrician and a plumber and a tile guy, they just did it all. So if you are looking to do a kitchen remodel, or a bath remodel I guess they do, this was the simplest, easiest way. Not the cheapest, but it was worth the money we spent easily in convenience. They even worked with my wife on a crazy back splash idea, not making it seem like a nuisance but they were as excited as she was.

From the beginning to the end a truly helpful experience. Very pleased with the selection advice for backsplash tile and the design assistance for our pantry set. The staff were all outstanding professionals with deep knowledge of their respective areas. Highly recommended for remodeling projects.

we had a few different options for a vendor. we have cherry cabinets that have a continuous vertical grain veneer that matches over upper and lower cabinets. that's what we wanted in our subzero refrigerator panels. i figured the probability of that happening was remote and thought of taking a different route. i called ross @ concept ll because i had used them back in '06 for all our kitchen appliances. i was headed down the wrong path for the panels, ross set me straight nicely and told me the way i should go. i sent my sample in to karen and the panels came out perfect! we say it looks like it grew there. also got an extra year on the warranty because of a certified installation. couldn't have a happier ending. i went to their shop once back in '06, i saw cabinet doors and displays that stick with me to this day. i recommend them highly.

Walked in and was greeted by Deb. After telling her that we were looking for backsplash she said if we had any questions she’s here to help. There was zero pressure and she could tell that customers wanted to look at all the beautiful tile before going over any details. After looking for a couple minutes I explained that I love the white subway tile but it wouldn’t work in the kitchen because it would be too much white and no warmth. She then informed us that there is multiple options to choose from and to not give up on my first choice. After pointing out and going over the example tiles she took us to the show room so we could get a better idea. She listened to both my husband and I and we found an absolutely beautiful backsplash that we both agree on. Now just the hard part of waiting for it to be made. Thanks Deb. We will be back again.

Seeking a specific New Ravenna tile pattern, climbing vines, I was referred by the New Ravenna company to Concept II in East Rochester, NY. Since I had not been able to find my selection in Buffalo, NY, I decided to make the short trip to Rochester. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a wide selection of Beautiful high end choices of tile in patterns that were out of the norm, options that I had been unable to find except through online design portals or by making a trip to New York City. New Ravenna requested my feedback because they "rely on... (a)... network of dealers ...to represent our brand,..." I was pleased to let them know that at Concept ii, they were in excellent hands! The woman who assisted me, Nicci, was extremely knowledgeable about all of the choices, helpful and personable. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip and will be sure to let others know about this resource in Western New York.

My husband and I are sitting here, wondering how we can write a review that will truly do justice to the amazing experience we had with Concept II. First, we want to commend Ross Pino, the owner, for his high integrity, relentless attention to detail, responsiveness, professionalism and personalness. We were amazed at his expertise in all areas of renovation!

We had met with a number of designers prior to finding Pam Dailey, a Yale trained architect and interior designer, who moved here from New York. From the first moment we sat down with her, we knew we had found someone that completely understood what our vision was. Pam was able to understand the fine points of both function and form. She translated them into the most remarkable rendering of our kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and our living room/ dining room remodel. It unfolded into various stunning areas; exactly what we wanted and more!

The caliber of designing I think is rare for Rochester, New York. Pam and Ross and the crew opened up the space in a way we had not imagined. There’s so much light, space, and beauty. Everything was so well thought out: the beautiful tile floors, the lighting, the windows, the doors, the countertops, the cabinetry, the bathroom stone, and Pam and Eric worked together to create an amazing concrete fireplace and mantle. Everything was executed flawlessly.

Ross has put together a crew of highly skilled craftsmen, who worked in concert with one another in remarkable ways. We can honestly say that, in the time we were working closely with everyone, there was not one day where we did not feel listened to and supported. It was so touching how conscientious and caring each person was. There are so many people that we would like to name specifically, but can’t take up the space here. We do want to give special thanks to the foreman, Ted, who is brilliant, creative, tireless, patient, and understanding. We wanted a number of unusual challenging things. We didn’t know if they would be possible, but the crew more than rose to the occasion to accomplish them.

As I said at the beginning, my husband and I feel that words can’t actually describe what a wonderful experience this was. We’re very grateful, and the aesthetics are so enhanced by the loving, supportive care they unfailingly gave us. Thank you so much, Concept II, for making our dreams come true!

My bathroom gut/renovation was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The craftsmanship was excellent and all of my questions during the process were gladly accepted and answered. Everything from the fixtures/tile decisions (thanks Linda and Deb) to the ordering and storing was handled expertly. The kitchen project is next. :)

We've done two projects with Concepts II: a master closet and built-ins for our den. We've been thrilled with both. From start to finish, design to installation, they are pros. I can highly recommend.

My husband and I worked closely with Pam for our master bathroom remodel. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Pam was able to build us a look that was exactly what I was looking for and made herself available in the store and via email at all times to hold our hand throughout the process. Not only was she extremely helpful but her eye for design is fantastic! We are so thrilled with our experience and couldn’t recommend Pam and concept II enough!

Recently I stopped by Concept II and fell in love with a tile sample on display. Realizing that it would fit perfectly in a kitchen remodel I am doing out of state, I called and asked for the manufacturer name and information. Ross was kind enough to share that information with me over the phone so that I could pass it along to my designer in South Carolina. His helpfulness and prompt response is greatly appreciated and I look forward to doing business with Concept II on future projects.

Concept II’s design team was incredibly helpful. We remodeled our kitchen with Brookhaven cabinets and they look incredible. We chose all of our finishes at Concept II’s showroom - it was a one stop shop. The process was smooth, start to finish, and the team was very neat and clean.

We bought a very outdated house and knew it would take a lot to turn it into a home. The team at Concepts II helped guide us through the kitchen remodel process every step of the way. When we had moments of indecisiveness, they were readily available with their expert advice. From design through installation, the team gave us exactly what we were hoping for and I would recommend their services to anybody looking to update their home.

Concept II is without a doubt the most competent kitchen contractor in the Rochester market. The work they did was perfection, and their manner of project planning and execution is unparalleled. Ted Fox is a perfectionist in the best ways possible, and we felt lucky to have such a great crew. They finished on time (actually, a little early) and on budget.

Debbie was a doll to work with through the design phase. She listened intently to our likes, dislikes and often opposing spousal points of view! She helped get us to selections we both loved!

Rick, the carpenter, had unwavering attention to detail and going above & beyond with his master carpentry skills. Benny, the electrician, used his expertise to bring our vision to life with all of our lighting needs. Jorge labored trough many tiling projects-each one done meticulously.

The glue that held everything all together was Ross. He was along side us every step of the way. We appreciated his daily check-ins and knew that he was as vested in the project as we were.

We love our home again and enjoy welcoming guests into our gorgeous, one of a kind Rochester home.

If you are considering a kitchen or bath reno, without reservation, we recommend Concept II!!!

Since moving to Rochester in 2010 and recommendation of two friends, our first project with Concept II was to redesign our masterbathroom. This was the start of something good.

Over the last several years we have had Concept II design and install a wet bar and re-tile the 20' high chimney breast in the main room, install cherry cabinets cabinets for our TV/hi-fi and library and re-tile the chimney breast in the family room, expended and remodel a pre-existing 4 season room into a new dining room and re-tile the entire first floor common areas (entry hall, kitchen and dining area) in limestone. They also reconfigured a second guest bedroom on the first floor to give us an excellent private bathroom and a separate powder room. They have excellent design team who listen and and incorporate most of our suggests that worked.

On the installation front, Concept II had perhaps the more professional team we have experienced (and having owned and operated two historic Inns on the Cape, we have a little experience of good and not so good craftsmen. Their work quality and attention to detail is second And equally is their care of our home in terms of protecting adjoining rooms to the dust that inevitable results from construction.

We cannot recommended Concept II more highly for their design, installation, attention to detail and customer care and service. We would be more than happy to show their work to any prospective user considering employing Concept II.

I ordered a California Faucet from Concepts ii for my kitchen renovation and Ross Pino was very helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t live in Rochester but did drive in to see the showroom and look at the faucets. I later placed the order with Ross over the phone and he had the faucet shipped to my home address. I like to shop as local as possible as much as possible rather than online and the Concepts ii price for the faucet was very competitive. It arrived today and I’m thrilled! Can’t wait to see it in my new kitchen. Thank you, Ross!

As you can see on the Concept II website, this company creates a beautiful and innovative kitchen. Working with Linda, Deb, Aaron, Jessie and George was nothing less than a positive and pleasant experience. Concept II is with you every step of the way, attending to each detail with precision and handling the total project from start to finish. In addition, we had so much fun in the process.
