I'm extremely dissatisfied with the experience I had with this tech company. They showed up at my house, but instead of fixing my security cameras, they made off with it. When I called them back about my heating system not working after their visit, nothing has changed - it's still broken. Now they're offering a refund or wanting to send someone else to fix it, which is too little, too late. The fact that they had the nerve to waste an hour of energy to unplug my camera and then left me with a non-functional heating system, only to tell me "I don't know how to fix it," is appalling. It's clear this company is more interested in lining their pockets than providing actual repairs. I'm extremely disappointed and angry about the whole ordeal. I'll be taking my business (and my money) elsewhere, and I'd advise others to steer clear of these crooks as well - they've stolen from me twice, once for the repairs that weren't done, and again for the watch they took.
