Fatmir was amazing - he quoted us on short notice (came on a Saturday) and based on our timeline, he made time in his schedule to complete all work in 2 weeks,he got done my 2 bathrooms.
He and his team were extremely professional, left no trace (cleaned-up perfectly) and the work is impeccable. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but the opportunity to tell people about Fatmir’s work is one I wouldn't miss. Keep it up, Fatmir!

We hired Fatmir for one large job (shed buildout) and various smaller jobs both in and outside our home. He was very easy to work with and get in touch with, was flexible as we waited for the Town on permits, inspections, and approvals, and we're satisfied with the results of our projects. Just want to give a shout out to KM Construction and Mili and his team.Starting with the initial consultation, Mili was an absolute pleasure to speak with...no pressure whatsover..just straightforward ho esty on pricing and duration and what was expected on my end. Once the work began, he and his team were methodical in demolition as they gutted my whole bathroom....what impressed me the most was the cleanliness and effort put forth at the end of the day as they kept my apartment immaculate..Watching Mili create my new bathroom with precision detail and extreme passion for what he does sets him and his team apart from the rest...the end product far exceeded my expectations and I'm super happy with the results...I will have KM come back when I'm ready to do my kitchen...Mili is my go to guy!!!
