I made an appointment for 4 o’clock housecleaning there was no call no show I had to call them 3 to 4 times finally got back to me and said oh we didn’t have your number which makes no sense to me because they’ve called me back in the past I asked if they can come the following day or maybe even the next day I was told that I would get a call back and I never received it very unprofessional

I called US maid for their cleaning services, Ana took care of me by sending a crew out the next day even though it was a last minute call. They arrived on time and left my house spotless, just in time before the family gathering. Thank you guys!

U.S. Maid is a reliable, professional and thorough cleaning service. The staff are always friendly and trustworthy. I have used this service for almost ten years and I would not go anywhere else.

Customer service was good, job well done, first time customer and first time using a cleaning service and it saved me time to do other things. I was recommended by a friend and after spoke to my friend about the process and a minimum time and cost I paid and she mentioned she never paid that much or know about a minimum time. My whole spot didn't even get cleaned, almost an hr to clean a bathroom that I upkeep. I guess maybe the rates are based on location. This was compounded later when I learned that other services offer more for less and my friend who pays less to them, kinda stung.

I have used this company on many occasions for multiple properties in business dealings. They have always shown up on time, been professional and courteous, and have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Called them asking them if they could do a repair. I was told we don't have time for that now and immediately got hung up on. Don't use these guys.

Handyman Yonkers fixed everything that I requested, these guys took my deck apart and helped me cleaned everything up. I also needed some fans and air conditioners to be remove, took care of that too. And lastly I asked them to assemble a furniture closet from Ikea that we bought last week and did it within a couple of hours. Thank you Handyman Yonkers, will use you again.
