Company is fake. Don’t call them

They helped me find the part that I needed even though I wasn't even sure what to call it, and didn't charge an arm and a leg.

DO NOT use this company. Horrible experience. Technician never showed up or called to cancel my appointment and when I spoke to him he was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company at all.

Had an excellent technician(Joe) who was thorough and professional. Did an outstanding job in providing me with detailed options and, provided advanced knowledge. Thanks Joe for saving the day!!

Ray was fantastic! I am. I am always a little nervous having repairmen in the house when I am alone. He was very trustworthy and extremely. Knowledgeable. I will ask for him every time in the future.

Seems like some people get real technicians, but a scam for me. tried to sell me on a yearly service plan, and scheduled a visit for the same day. Then the same number called back to reschedule a week later.

I called back (missed their call) and another person said no one from their number had called. Very shady / seems like a scam

The serviceman for our ac checkup was very knowledgeable and took the time in a patient manner to answer my questions with the thermostats and seemed more knowledgeable particularly with the minisplit unit. I give him and plus compared to past experience.

Horrible and fraudulent service. They will schedule an appointment with you, have you stay home from work, confirm the job less than 1 hour before technician should arrive, and then cancel the job 30 minutes later. Incredibly unreliable. Do not use this company. They will also try to upsell you to a fraudulent membership service.

We have used Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc for 7 years for our HVAC maintenance. They do a wonderful job, take lots of time to do the maintenance, and have a very dedicated staff. Highly recommend this firm - their commitment to customer service and quality are exceptional.

Dave came out and fixed an issue a previous plumber messed up on our hot water expansion tank, also did maintenance on our AC and furnace unit. He was kind and informative, and answered all of our questions! The office was very good about keeping us informed on when the technician would be at the home. Highly recommend this firm and Dave!

Our technician Chris was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I'm hoping he'll come back to service our AC every year. On the other hand, our previous tech Adam from last year was also excellent, although I didn't get a chance to interact with him directly since I was too stressed when our AC broke during a heatwave - my husband handled it. Still, Adam quickly got it up and running, saving me from a potentially disastrous situation.
