Excellent maid service is Westchester

I made an appointment for 4 o’clock housecleaning there was no call no show I had to call them 3 to 4 times finally got back to me and said oh we didn’t have your number which makes no sense to me because they’ve called me back in the past I asked if they can come the following day or maybe even the next day I was told that I would get a call back and I never received it very unprofessional

I called US maid for their cleaning services, Ana took care of me by sending a crew out the next day even though it was a last minute call. They arrived on time and left my house spotless, just in time before the family gathering. Thank you guys!

U.S. Maid is a reliable, professional and thorough cleaning service. The staff are always friendly and trustworthy. I have used this service for almost ten years and I would not go anywhere else.

Customer service was good, job well done, first time customer and first time using a cleaning service and it saved me time to do other things. I was recommended by a friend and after spoke to my friend about the process and a minimum time and cost I paid and she mentioned she never paid that much or know about a minimum time. My whole spot didn't even get cleaned, almost an hr to clean a bathroom that I upkeep. I guess maybe the rates are based on location. This was compounded later when I learned that other services offer more for less and my friend who pays less to them, kinda stung.

I have used this company on many occasions for multiple properties in business dealings. They have always shown up on time, been professional and courteous, and have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I contacted EED Air Duct Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning of Eastchester NY for a detailed air duct inspection because dust was circulating through the house. The technician inspected the duct system and completed a thorough air duct cleaning that improved airflow throughout the home. The difference in air quality was noticeable right away. He explained how regular duct maintenance helps maintain healthier indoor air. During the visit he also recommended scheduling a chimney inspection, performing a dryer vent cleaning, and completing an attic inspection.

Outstanding service from beginning to end. Using a strong negative pressure vacuum, the skilled specialists made sure there was no mess left behind. Every supply vent and return air line was cleaned. Now that the system is immaculate, I can finally relax.

Hurley went over each duct in my system, taking his time to explain the procedure. The amount of grime and dust that had gathered over the years astounded me. The air quality soon improved following the cleaning, although the dryer vent also needed repair. Hurley found a tiny obstruction and took it all out. I was also grateful that they suggested a small fix to avoid further problems. I'm delighted I went with the full inspection package as well.
