It has been almost exactly a year since Statley finished our amazing kitchen renovation and we still walk in our kitchen and think that we are walking into a luxury airbnb kitchen.

From the beginning, James and the entire Stately Team bought into our vision and hit the ground running, working with us, to help make our dream kitchen a reality.
Once construction started we were ready for the chaos and braced ourselves to deal with the daily mess of living on construction. But it never happened! The Statley foreman and carpenters treated our home like their own, came to us with a clear list of the daily tasks and decisions that may need to be made, and carried on their work better than any other crew out there. We were continually impressed by the care and workmanship of the crew.

A few months later the project was finished on time and on budget. Once we were moved back into the new kitchen, of course there were a small list of items we asked Stately to address. Unsurprisingly, they handled them all like true professionals. They scheduled time that was convenient for us, and come back over and make the adjustments needed. We are still to this day, continually impressed.

Overall, we cannot say enough good things about the kind, professional, knowledgeable, and exceptional team at Stately Kitchen & Bath. We never hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would welcome them into our home for any future project we have.

Stately created a playroom and office in our basement. We were so happy with their work! They even did a quick patch for us when they noticed a hole outside for a wire they had nothing to do with in an area they weren't directly working in.
Throughout the job they demonstrated thorough knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure a job is done right, including leveling out our basement floor when they noticed it was uneven when starting the floors. Everyone was polite and friendly, although we mostly had Steve here. We trusted the work they did and love the results.

(They didn't change the walls in the room pictured, just the floors, lighting, adding a heat vent, electrical. Our office they built from scratch.)

We could not be happier with how our shower expansion project came out! The team was very professional and cleaned their way out of the house at the end of each day. They presented us with a quote that allowed us to stay within a fair budget. We look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Straightline has rebuilt our front porch a few years ago and remodeled our main bathroom. They are professional and am extremely happy with the work they have done.

I contacted them on the recommendation of a friend to provide me with a quote for some home repairs/carpentry work. Over the course of two months, they cancelled the date to come to my house to provide me with the quote three times, and now told me they can't provide me with a quote at all. I think it's very unprofessional to string me along. Makes me wonder whether they do that to actual customers, and I consider myself lucky to learn how they think/operate before I hired them.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Derek came to our home and reviewed our project and explained how they would handle our estimate. He went into detail on his professionalism and his background. He told us he would get us our estimate within a 2 - 3 weeks time. He had us meet with numerous subcontractors that he works with and his excavator came out to our home. After 3 weeks, I contacted his office for an update and was told there was only one piece of information he was waiting on to provide the estimate. This went on for 8 weeks. I was relatively patient but I did touch base each week to ask for an update. I was told they had all the pieces that were needed on week 7 and that I would get the estimate at the end of the following week. When I called at the end of the following week I was told that due to unforeseen circumstances, covid, etc. they would not be providing a quote. I wasted 8 weeks working with Derek's team and in the end they provided NOTHING!
