Constraction reviews in Elmhurst, New York

Hector and his crew did an amazing job with our mini basement renovation. Prompt communication, reliable, very efficient. Even finished ahead of schedule. Great workmanship and attention to detail. Will definitely use them again for our next project.

Very responsible, very professional

I had a vision to build a 2 floor 2 car garage in
In a small tight area.
I gave them the measurements and exactly what I had in mind.
They gave me quote and exact information for what raw material is needed for the project .
The quote was very generous and I hired them to build it I was very happy with precision of work and turn around time to complete the job
And they did much more then what I expected
Came out to be gorgeous!!!
Thanks for a wonderful job!!!
Would definitely hire them for the next project
And would recommend them to my friend and family!!!!
Thanks again!!!!

I’ve worked with Kadima Construction on several projects and can highly recommend them. They are responsible, hardworking, and truly care about what they do. Demolition work is always fast and clean, and the team keeps everything organized throughout the process. Every tile and floor they install is perfectly leveled, and the walls come out smooth and beautifully painted.
They also do amazing landscaping — stone walls, pool tiles, planting trees and greenery — creating truly beautiful surroundings inside and out. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Real perfectionists in the best way.

Carlos and his crew took on a leaking chipping window that needed brick work repair, and installed a skylight fan in our bathroom. They kept the area clear of debris and the work was done professionally and effectively.
North Star even returned to do a small touch up. I am so pleased the BBB recommended them!

North Star replaced my roof, and I’m very satisfied with the results. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly understood the entire process. Carlos, stayed on-site throughout the project and ensured everything was completed on time.

Very professional and kind.

Very Proffesional! I am amazed at how fast they completed my roof, one of the best companies I’ve ever contracted!

Great prices and great work! Definitely will recommend. I renovated my kitchen and fixed some stuff in the bathroom. They did a great job.

Very Professional and Responsible! One of the best companies i have ever hired. Most importantly i'm happy with the finished product!!!

I'll like to thank Mr Cardona and the rest of the crew of North Star General Contractors for being so courteous and professional. They know what they're doing, I would recommend this company to everyone. If you're looking for a company that will show up when they tell you then North Star General Contractors is it!

Very reliable and great customer service. Gets the job done !

They did a concrete job for us, great service and professional owner

took my money and left job unfinished. very bad quality work. unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST!!

they did good roof job for me
I recommend them

The worst company ever! They will ask you for the money then never complete the job! You have to spend extra time to file a complain through 311!

Rush the Project, workers are not neat left damages to the front garden, windows screen, windows glass very dirty with cement droppings all over the brick fence. The Price was too high

Good quality and very professional
Galaxy construction inc,did very good job for my roof I myself highly recommend this company for roof replacement

NY Galaxy General Contracting Inc did a concrete job for us, great service and professional owner I received very good service. They are certainly commendable

I asked them to come give me an estimate and they did. We agreed on the price. The first day they never showed up. I called to ask if they will be coming to do the work. They asked me for a check before the work. I said we agreed for 3 payments he said yes. He then informed me that he will be calling me back to talk about it and I never heard back. I would think twice about working with them. I didn't like the fact they wanted to get paid before anything was even done.

In regards to his response: it goes both ways you want 5k to start how do I know you won't disappear? Also you didn't say you don't work that way you just didn't show up. You originally agreed and then changed your mind.

I highly recommend NY Galaxy and will continue to do so in the future. The service provided by the company is commendable. The roof work has been done perfectly and the price is reasonable. The business owner is committed. ,
