HVAC reviews in Elmhurst, New York

Unreliable

This is the worst air conditioning company you will not think of going or calling for their services.

Большое спасибо Яне и Владимиру, за быструю установку кондиционера. Всем рекомендую 😊. Работают быстро, качественно, профессионально ♥️

Nice great job

Amazing clean job!

Thank you very much for installing the air conditioners. I am especially pleased with the price and fast work.

Yana and her helper were very nice and very helpful. I love their service and personality. ❤️🙏🏾

I highly recommend Design by Nova. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient!

Excellent service! The team performed maintenance on my AC quickly and professionally. Everything is running smoothly now. I highly recommend this company for regular AC servicing.

We wanted to update the old brick façade of our 5-story office in Brooklyn without stripping away its original character. Nova’s team really respected the building. They matched brick textures, preserved old trim, and added new flashing where water had been getting in. They even cleaned up every night. Didn’t think that level of care still existed.

Great and fast job! Vladimir answered all my questions, was very approachable, and took the initiative to explain in detail the work he performed on my AC. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend him!

I had an excellent experience with the A/C installation service! The team arrived right on time and worked very efficiently. Everything was done with great care and attention to detail — super neat and professional. They were also incredibly polite, respectful, and friendly throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find such reliable and pleasant service in NYC. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with my furnace during a cold week and DBN really came through for me. Another company couldn’t figure it out, but DBN showed up quickly, explained everything clearly and fixed the problem without any hassle. Great service and very professional! Highly recommend DBN!!!

Design by Nova provided excellent service on behalf of Liberty Home Guard. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the process.

Fantastic service! Technician Vladimir is an absolute miracle worker. He diagnosed and fixed our boiler in no time. I'm located on Long Island, and they came out to me. Would definitely use them again.

I had a furnace issue in the middle of a cold spell and guys proved to be incredibly reliable. They arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem and walked me through what needed to be done in a clear and straightforward way. The repair was completed efficiently and the entire experience was smooth. Excellent service, highly professional team, I’m very glad I chose DBN!

We used this HVAC company and were extremely satisfied with their service. We are located quite far out on Long Island, and several other companies were unable or unwilling to travel to our area. These guys had no problem coming out.
The technician, George, was outstanding professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The work was completed quickly and with high quality, and everything was explained clearly. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right.
Highly recommend this company, and we will definitely use them again in the future!

Exceptional service, extremely professional, and knowledgeable - can't recommend this company enough.

I've found an outstanding home services provider who exceeded my expectations in every way. They sent a technician on the same day I called, and he was impressively professional throughout the process. He quickly identified the problem and got everything back up and running with minimal disruption.

What really sets this company apart is their commitment to delivering high-quality work at an honest price. It's refreshing to see someone so dedicated to their customers' needs. If you're looking for fast, reliable, and expert HVAC services, I highly recommend giving them a call – they won't disappoint!

Good experience.
