Had a great dryer repair done by Jesse. Thoroughly explained this issue with my dryer and consulted about best approach and we came up with a plan. He was considerate of my financial constraints and also gave me several tips on how to find the best quality appliances as well as a recommendation for cleaning my dryer vent. I very much appreciated the great service and highly recommend.

We got Bosch dishwasher fixed. Travelle jones is very good. Highly recommend him. He is very quick in fixing the machine. Very good customer service. Explain everything really well.

We needed help urgently with our Miele dishwasher and Travelle was here within four hours. Very personable, he evaluated the problem quickly, determined what the problem was and quickly and efficiently made the necessary repairs. We were very impressed with this young man and highly recommend him.

Travelle did an excellent job with repairing my whirlpool gold refrigerator I’m very very happy with this performance. He came in right on time twice came in the first time diagnosed the problem got the part. Came right away. Took care of it with no issue. Great person to work with very knowledgeable and I would be happy to give him more work if I ever have anything for him to do and I recommend him 100%

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY or their rebranded company HOME ALLIANCE. Rebranded I’m sure because of all their terrible reviews. They not only did not fix our fridge but their technician burned our floor in over a dozen places with his torch and caused water damage. Now when we call them they repeatedly saw they’ll connect us to supervisors but instead hang up on us. After calling via a different number, they continued to ghost us. We will be filing a small claims court case against them. Don’t make the mistake we did, they are completely disrespectful, unprofessional con men.

Not recommended, the tech said we need these parts and it will be fixed, spent that money order those parts but not fixed. If you know it's not fixable why do you take labor charge and ordered that item? Scam!!!!

I don’t recommend it because he came to repair my washing machine charge for parts and Service for approximately $300.after three months The machine went on repair again and when I call them back, they are asking more money. insert of paying them I got a new machine. It was only $600 so don’t call them. It’s waste of your money.🙏🙏

Do not under any circumstances use this company for any kind of service or repair. I spent over $2,500 for them to "fix" my built in fridge, only to have it completely shut down a few weeks later. It never really worked properly after their repair. I tried to call several times to understand what my options were without any response. Finally, after my fourth time calling, I'm told there's nothing they can do. Go elsewhere.

Be aware of these scammers, even one star is too much , they charged me $750 to replace a part on 3 years old refrigerator only to find out they never replace any parts all food still freezing in my refrigerator , they will not even honor the one year warranty I took on the part, i called several time with no results all i hear is someone will get back to you that was 2 month ago and still waiting,, hire a professional appliances repair and stay away from these scammer and by the way the operate under different business name called affordable appliances,,
