I have used the Rinaldi family for my electrical needs for over 15 years and my experiences have always been very positive. From the installation of ceiling fans, to the wiring of a generator to my electrical panel, to providing electrical service to my garage everything was done in a very professional manner at a time that worked for me. I have always referred my friends to them, and can recommend them to anyone looking for a professional service at a fair price.

Joe Rinaldi is in my very concise rolodex of contractors that I trust. He is a master electrician and he will always give you the best advice. He's one of the few contractors I know who is willing to educate me on the equipment I'm purchasing. He's busy but he always makes time for us. I found Rinaldi Electric on Google search. I called him on a late Friday afternoon, mostly because of his ratings and that he calls back quickly. Well, he didn't have to call me back because he answered the phone, himself. I explained my issue with a kitchen light and Joe was very professional and made me feel he cared from the very first few minutes that we spoke. We discussed a few additional switch issues iI was having with other fixtures and he said he could have his guy to my home Saturday morning to address everything. As promised, Victor came to the house right on time and fixed all my issues. Victor was awesome, polite, clean and thorough. My lights all work and my switches all work perfectly, now. Excellent service, and fantastic service hours! I highly recommend Rinaldi Electric! I had a light fixture that suddenly started flickering rapidly, and it would not turn off. I called Joe on a Saturday evening, and he was able to diagnose the problem over FaceTime, and send Victor to my home within an hour. Joe was wonderful on the phone, and I could tell I was in good hands. Victor was friendly, very knowledgeable, and he explained everything he was doing, and answered all my questions. This was my first time working with Rinaldi Electric, and after such an exceptional experience, I am already planning some future projects with them.

I recently hired Rinaldi Electric in White Plains, NY to install two ceiling fans with lights. Chris and TJ arrived right on time at 9 a.m. and were an absolute pleasure to work with. When they opened one of the boxes, they discovered the light fixture on one fan was broken.
