Javier didn't show up to several appointments we set up. They finally planted the trees during the heat wave and they argue it is not their fault that the trees were stressed and doesn’t look good….
They don’t have a good sense of customer service and are not accountable.

Exceptionally well run service. The arborist came right away and he was very thorough in his explanation of the issues and plans for helping our trees. The workers were on time, polite, and very efficient. A seriously well oiled machine. I would strongly recommend them.

I used bartlett to remove a tree from my yard and have kept them on to work with the bushes on my property. They have always been friendly and honest with what is going on with the plants and whether I really need work done or not. Also they were helpful with getting me up and going with my lawn since this is my first home, even-though they don't actually do anything with grass.

Jason from Bartlett just left here. He was either unable or unwilling to identify either of the two trees growing on my property that I asked him about. He refused, after several requests, to tell me how much it would cost to spray for tent caterpillars. His estimate for taking down a pine tree was more than twice other estimates I have had. I asked him about the condition of several other plants on my property and he gave me a list of possible reasons for each, mostly "stress". He then told me he did not like my attitude and did not want my business and left. I virtually never write reviews, especially bad ones, but this was over the top and people should know.
I tried to leave this review with Zero stars but somehow the site wouldn't accept it that way

Our Arborist Bob was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and passionate about his trade.
We had a fairly large landscaping project that was done and he was the one responsible for the success of this project. If all of Bartlett Tree Experts are like Bob I would highly recommend their services.

Arborist James Johnson from Bartlett took time to thoroughly evaluate multiple trees on our property for care and/or removal. He is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. Offered multiple reasonably-priced options in a proposal that he sent to us the same day. I would recommend Bartlett for arborist services for sure.

We have been using Bartlett for years. Working closely with our arborist Jason Sokich, his teams have done just about everything from pruning, planting, tree removal, fertilizer/soil monitoring to more radical care such as root irrigation and experimental prescriptions for troubled trees. Jason has even brought a plant pathologist from their labs to look at our Beech trees. They go above and beyond, They are knowledgeable, on time, accommodating professionals. Jason is ace with communication and whatever work is done they leave the property cleaner than it was before they began.

Javier and a team of three arborists did an amazing job pruning our much neglected male mulberry tree. The work was done courteously, efficiently and to a high standard. The result was beyond my expectations. I even received congratulatory calls from neighbors who are also enjoying the tree's re-gained beauty. I HIGHLY recommend Bartlett Tree Experts.

I dropped them this year after losing several trees and shrubs to disease over the past few years.

They always “sent samples” of the stressed plants for “testing” but never came back with a reason or were able to nurse the plants back to health.

I gave them the ax this year when they were unable to bring a mature, stressed Japanese Cherry back to health and recommended I pull the tree and replace it.

Instead, I aggressive pruned the sick and deal limbs and branches and fed it. Today the tree is thriving again. See photo.

For the money they charge, they should have greater expertise and success.

The installation was smooth and Pasquale was helpful, answered all my questions and also explained the system to me, set up everything with the app for me as well.
