The team came to my home, carefully picked up the rug, and explained their rug cleaning process in a simple way. It made me feel comfortable because this was a hand-knotted wool rug and quite valuable to me. After about a week, they returned it, and I could immediately see the difference. The colors looked brighter, and the rug felt softer underfoot. There were also some old stains that are now completely gone. They handled everything professionally without overpromising. I would definitely use their service again in the future.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. My woven Flatweaves runner had severe stains from muddy shoes and daily foot traffic. I also noticed the edges starting to unravel. The company picked the rug up directly from my apartment and inspected it carefully before beginning the cleaning process. They cleaned the rug thoroughly and repaired the damaged edges while it was at the factory. When it came back, the colors looked brighter and the woven texture felt much cleaner. I’m very impressed with both the cleaning and the repair work.

This company was excellent for antique rug cleaning. We had a Persian wool flatweave, a Turkish silk rug, and a large Oriental carpet. The free estimate was very detailed, and the technician explained the rug cleaning process step by step. They handled the pickup and furniture moving smoothly and respectfully. When the rugs came back after 8 days, I was amazed they looked rich and felt brand new. They even helped lay them back down. Truly top tier rug cleaning professionals.
