Hate it it took forever to install and their representative swore me I was able to opt in later and get the discount and now I am stuck with a different apr much higher do not believe them don’t sign if their documents are not correct I am furious.

It's a shame that this company provides such bad service to it's customers. I have had an issue since Nov 2024 and here we are in March with still no power and the issue has not been fixed. They send 1 person when 2 are needed.

So far an extremely positive experience as we get ready to install solar. I spent a lot of time over the past year researching solar providers, and Sunpower is the one I kept coming back to.

The team was very helpful going through the process and setting up our site survey. During the whole experience everyone was extremely nice and great to work with

They sell you the panels by telling you that you will get a 10k check from the feds for solar credit. IT'S LIE. YOU DON'T GET ANYTHING. NOW WE ON THE HOOK FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT, WHEN TGEY TELL YOU THAT YOU'LL GET A CHECK TO PUT TOWARDS THE BALANCE.
