We had a flood in our basement and ServPro came out immediately to clean, disinfect, dry the space and worm to prevent mold and bacteria. Their team was very thorough and quick to respond. I would definitely use them again.

We had flooding in our basement, and Tony quickly visited to assess the situation. We ended up not needing services (this time), but appreciated his professionalism and honesty.

The first team was super supportive and made me feel comfortable about the process. Issues that were beyond Servpro control made for delays. There were a two times I was expecting someone and they did not show up and I had to call. I did ask for a quote to do the repairs 3 times and never got one, so I have to hire another company to get things back to normal. But the space is dry and mold free so that is most important. They are really good with texting and ultimately were professional and responsive.

After experiencing a significant leak in my pipes and water damage in our basement, I called SERVPRO. I was scheduled for the following day and the servicemen were extremely thorough and helpful. They moved away all furniture and left the place immaculate. They left fans to dry out the ceilings and floor.

ServPro of Tarrytown/Elmsford was so helpful when our house flooded. Someone was able to meet us that same day and walk through to observe the damage and discuss what the cleaning up/drying out process would be like. The crew then prepared the house for drying out and checked on the space over several days. The office administrator was always communicative and made sure to update me frequently. They helped explain how they would work with the insurance and claims adjuster, and always had PPE and maintained social distancing. I believe that it was their good work that salvaged a lot of the house, saving us time and money with subsequent repairs. All this was happening during the week of Thanksgiving, and they never missed a beat. Their professionalism made a daunting problem much more manageable.

Servpro of Elmsford/Tarrytown recently helped us with a large flood in our home. PM Kristen C and her team, including Kadeem M, are so professional, responsive, knowledgeable and great communicators. Through every step of our extensive remediation (and heroic attempts to save flooring!), they explained everything and worked promptly with our insurance. We had several steps in the process - Kristen made all the team pieces of this clean-up sync smoothly to save time; Kadeem was the “boots on the ground” leader of our dry out/rip out (etc) team; and they did an amazing job partitioning off the damaged area for our family’s health and safety. Thanks also to Mohammed, Jordany, Blaine, Matt and everyone else at Servpro who worked to rescue our home from further damage, and we would highly recommend this business.

No return calls franchise is completely disorganized. Was recommended to them by neighbors but I’ve heard nothing but horror stories from this franchise. Avoided at all costs. It’s clear to me and my family that no one truly cares about remediation and doing the job done right. They’re more interested in making money.and leaving homes a disaster after work is completed or on lunch break. I would suggest service master or Belford as they a great Job when I have my water damage issue and I didn’t have to wait for a week to get a call back.

Jordanny, Hakeem, and the rest of the crew were very professional and responsive. They took the time to answer our questions and helped us feel better about the remediation process. They also took the time at the end to walk us through what was done to give us peace of mind. We are very happy with the end result.
