Minnehan Design Build, all service contractor, was absolutely amazing. I knew we had hired a great contractor in Mike Minnehan Design Build when at the very first meeting all project managers and lead contractors were present. This I will never forget. So impressive. Mike Minnehan and Rob Rogers professionally coordinated every aspect of our extensive project to where each manager was present at same time at this first meeting along with our architect to make sure it went smoothly. All contractor leads present on same day in areas of framing, roofing, plumbing, carpentry, lead electrician, expert in custom cabinetry, masonry, even landscaping all were present! The BEST of the BEST. Minnehan Design turned our home into a dream home for us resulting in a four car garage, new breezeway with heated floors and custom cabinetry, large master spa bathroom which included heated floors and a large steam shower and custom cabinetry, new expanded entryway to front adding a guest bathroom, new roof on house, new flooring and tile, new build outdoor shower, gorgeous landscaping. Over the last two decades, MDB has installed new replacement windows, re-roofed our home down to the base layer of wood following storm damage including significant replacement of that layer, and stripped down and replaced our vinyl siding.
In each case, MDB’s individual workers and work crews provided skilled and timely labor, including on one job working around inclement weather and engineering several very tricky application situations. Had a great experience with Mike M and Rob 2018-2019. They constructed a two story 600 SF finished interior workshop/garage in my Brighton backyard. Complete with 100A electrical service, plumbing and floor heating system that costs nothing to operate all winter. I was so pleased with the outcome I hired Minnehan again in 2023 for general repairs inside and out of my 100 year old Home Acres home. Repairs included several ceilings, two new Anderson window installations and some roofing work/repairs. All went as expected. In all I've spent nearly $100k with Minnehan. At the start, our project had some engineering and permitting issues that he navigated very skillfully. This evidence of his skill and experience was born out through the whole project.

n 2011, Minnehan Design Build did a complete upgrade of our 28 year old home exterior with 22 new Pella replacement window, 3 new ProVia entry doors, new vinyl siding, soffits and gutters. They also reroofed a section of the garage that was leaking where it met the house. The project took almost 3 months from start to finish but we were 100% satisfied. We had cheaper quotes but the workmanship and results we received with Minnehan were well worth what we paid. Mike Minnehan and his foreman Rob Rogers stayed on top of every aspect of the project in detail. The guys doing the actual work were true professional craftsmen. When picking out siding, windows and doors, Rob set up appointments and accompanied us to visit the suppliers and make our choices.
Neighbors were so impressed with the refreshed look of our house that two of them on our street also contracted Minnehan to do the similar work to their homes. We put our house on the market in 2016 and it sold within 24 hours and I know a lot of this was because of the curb appeal and attention to details from the upgrades done in 2011.
