I called Revive Cleaning and Ben came out to look at the carpet that needed cleaning. The estimate was free and he was able to come out within 2 days of calling. Once he arrived for the estimate, he explained what options I had and the price of each. The price seemed reasonable so I went ahead and booked the cleaning. Russell was the tech who came and did the carpet cleaning. He showed up on time and was very pleasant. Russell did a great job, the room smells much better and the carpet looks new again. He let me know to reach out if in a few days there are any smells and they would come touch it up again. Overall the experience was very good from start to finish. I was a little hesitant to have my carpet professionally cleaned because of the cost but it was very reasonable and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Revive to others in need of carpet cleaning!

Revive Cleaning was wonderful for their hot water extraction carpet cleaning. I believe Ben helped me over the phone the next business day since I submitted a ticket to their site after hours, and he was very transparent and helpful. Their pricing for a single room was within reason and the carpet tech Russel was fantastic, very professional, friendly, and communicative. He let me know his ETA and called again per our request so we could move our car in the parking lot to allow him to park as close as possible to our building. It was raining out, so he was considerate of our property and used waterproof shoe covers when inside. The logistics of our apartment unit were an issue since the 250 ft hoses for the hot water extraction service needed to be ran from their van and our unit is not facing the parking lot, but they provided an estimate where they determined if they could do the service free of charge. If anyone faces a similar challenge I recommend using Google Map’s measurement tool to get a rough idea of the distance the hose needs to travel. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future should we ever need their services again.

Revive cleaning did a great job on our carpet. They got out the few spots we had. We were very pleased with them and will use them again.

We had Russell back again this year to clean our carpets. He is on time, respectful of our home and does a thorough job, spending extra time on stains to ensure that they are gone when he leaves. What an amazing difference! I love the call before their arrival, the final cost before they start and they were so so friendly! The products smelled amazing, service was affordable and they kept their work area spotless! I cannot recommend enough!

Recently had carpets cleaned by Revive Cleaning. Results were actually better than I expected. Russell did a great job. He answered all of my questions regarding the cleaning process used. Price was a bit higher than some of the competition I checked, but extra steps taken during the cleaning process were well with worth of money. I would recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs.

Ben and his crew were nothing short of amazing taking care of my standing water on my first floor of my home. They were very attentive with all my personal things and did a fantastic job with the water extraction.
