I contacted revive cleaning regarding recommendations on sanitizing and cleaning our bedroom carpet due to the children’s illnesses. Ben Was very helpful and explained in detail how the process was going to be. They were able to schedule very quickly, which was very appreciated and took care of all cleaning needs as well as insured no damages to the home or various knickknacks were done during the cleaning process. I would highly recommend revive cleaning as well as very thankful for Ben and the care he took during the cleaning process. Also, it was a pleasure just to talk with Ben and very polite and friendly service.

Great experience with Revive Cleaning! They were so friendly on the phone and very helpful! They were even able to do the service within a few days which was amazing as I had company coming over that weekend. We were incredibly happy with the service provided and will recommend them to anybody who asks. Not only were they able to revive carpets we thought were totally unsalvageable, but they came back to ensure that we were happy by touching up a couple of tougher spots which stood out after the initial pass. Some of the stains were from previous owner's pets and not only were the stains removed, but they went above and beyond to ensure that there were no lingering smells following the cleaning. 10/10 service.

Ben did the carpets in 3 bedrooms none of which had ever been cleaned before. They look brand new! He also cleaned 2 recliners that didn’t look too bad but what a difference after the cleaning. He also cleaned the grout in the tiled foyer. The difference was amazing! I will be using Elite going forward based on the results and the professional and courteous service I received.

Revive employees are prompt and do a great job. They cleaned furniture for us last week and we were amazed at the results. Came today to do the rug. Very pleased.

Ben was very responsive to the timing of my carpet cleaning needs and did a great job at getting me scheduled. He was very good at explaining their services and pricing. Russell did the cleaning and my carpets look great! He listened to all my concerns and did a great job with the cleaning. I highly recommend them.

My girlfriend just recently purchased a home and she wanted the carpets and tile cleaned through the house which consisted of 2 carpets on the first floor and the finished basement; tile in the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. We called Revive cleaning, who responded promptly, and were able to scheduled a date within 2 weeks.
Ben was the super friendly and professional! He did a great job and was happy to answer any questions as the cleaning progressed. Ben was thorough, seeing the carpets were very dirty, and he had no problem going over any spots I saw after the initial pass. When he was finished everything was looking and smelling much better! He explained before he left that some stains might reappear as the carpet dries and can pull deep stains up during the drying period. He said if we notice anything come back to call and they would touch-up anything we saw at no cost.
Being the carpets were very dirty we did have some stains reappear on the first floor carpets as well as the basement but also a slight wet dog smell remained in the basement several days after the cleaning. I called Ben and he setup a new appointment right away with no issues. He came back and went over the entire basement again and the major exposed area of the living room, and a spot in the master bedroom. Ben was just as friendly and professional as the first time. Everything is looking great and the basement smells fresh and clean.
The only thing I could say that could be slightly improved is when cleaning the tile, I would recommend a steam cleaner, drill brush, or grout brush for cleaning where the tile meets a wall to get all the way into the corners. Other than that everything was perfect.

For carpet cleaning, I strongly recommend “Revive Cleaning” they did a wonderful job on my carpets even removed a few stains I thought would be impossible to remove. They also did a beautiful job on my Oriental wool dining room rug. Bruce and Russell were a pleasure to work with and I’ve already recommended them to several of my friends.

right from the beginning I called I was dealing with a gentleman named Ben super friendly really nice guy and he actually was the one that came out to my house to clean my carpets. Carpet in the living room is brand new so they keep the warranty I got to get it cleaned yearly. The bedroom carpet is very old and it is bad and it's a light color I wanted to see if they can save it and get me a few more years out of it. The machines and the cleaning technique they used in the bedroom carpet to get the deep down stains and dirt and grime out was amazing the bedroom cover don't even look like anything was ever even spilled on it nor was even walked on. Love the truthfulness and the transparency they are told me what might come up what might not, fortunately for me everything came out of that carpet Amazed by their work highly recommend

The technician was friendly and did a great job. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in some time, but after the job was done, they looked as good as new and smelled great. I didn't think it was possible to get the doggy smell out, but it is gone. They did a great job! I would definitely use them again.
