Had them clean up our yard this spring - they did a wonderful job. We just had our second child and it was wonderful to be able to relax in a clean and tidy space and take that off our plate! Will reach out again for work in the future!

I have been very happy with JK Lawn maintenance. They cut the lawn, trim the edges and blow away the excess grass from the driveway and sidewalk. They have always been very professional and responsive. You can even pay your bill online with a credit card. I've been very impressed and I definitely recommend them.

He's professional, very polite, rates are reasonable and in line with our area and he always gives a little more than expected. We have a home on the west side of Keuka Lake just outside of Penn Yan. I called JK Lawn maintenance last Fall about a leaf clean -up at the house. We weren't able to get the job scheduled in the Fall, because of a personal situation at I had; it had nothing to do with JK. This Spring I contacted JK again about the clean-up. They quickly responded, and despite being in the process of relocated their office and equipment, they agreed to take a look at the job. We set up a time and Jackson met me at the house, right on time. We discussed the job and and the timing of the clean-up. Jackson was very accommodating, explaining how he and his would handle the job, very professional!. We agreed on a price and a time for the job. They arrived at the agreed upon time and did a beautiful job, sent some photos of the completed job. The bill payment process was very convenient. It is a pleasure working with these young guys.

I couldn’t be happier with the bush trimming and pruning services I received! The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. They transformed my overgrown hedges and shrubs into beautifully shaped greenery that instantly elevated the look of my yard. Not only did they leave everything neat and clean, but they also took the time to explain how to keep the plants healthy between visits.

My lot is a very steep difficult lot with many (sensitive ?) landscaping features. JK Lawn Maintenance was responsive to special detailing requests throughout the entire season. JK Lawn Maintenance also provided thoughtful explanations and alternatives when some requests were not in the planting’s or appearance’s interest.

We recently hired Jackson and his landscaping team to help with a major leaf cleanup, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! As first-time homeowners, working long 10–12 hour days, and starting a family, our yard had really gotten away from us. We didn’t have the tools or experience to manage it ourselves, so having a reliable, professional team was such a relief.

Jackson took the time to explain the breakdown of the charges, including travel and disposal, and he was incredibly understanding of our situation as new homeowners just starting out.

He was very open to feedback to finding ways to improve. He mentioned, “we strive to be perfect, I know we can’t be but that’s our goal” and this is something I can certainly relate too! He worked with us to adjust the final cost to reflect our budget and really worked with us and not against us. This really showed how much he values fairness and building trust with his clients.

Jackson and Doug went above and beyond on a recent project in my yard, and I couldn't be happier! It is often difficult to find someone who is professional, thorough, kind, and does what they say they will do when they say it will be done. I found Jackson to be a hard worker, a great educator about the bushes he planted, and very reasonably priced for all that he did. The edging he did was perfect, he checked with me along the way to be sure he was doing exactly what I wanted with all of the projects, and they left the yard better than when they started. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
