I was thoroughly impressed with Chris and Chris from Cool Clean Services. They arrived on time, which set a good tone for their visit. Both Chris's were professional, friendly, and courteous, making the experience pleasant. They got straight to work, providing thorough cleaning services and taking the time to explain everything they were doing.
What stood out was their attention to detail. One of them spotted some corrosion that I hadn't noticed and offered practical advice on how to maintain my units properly. Throughout the process, they answered all my questions, no matter how basic, and never talked down to me. Instead, they taught me a lot about my units and boosted my confidence in keeping them in good shape.
The result is that my AC units look and feel like new again, run more quietly, and the air quality in my home has improved noticeably. It's been ages since I've received such excellent customer service - professional, personable, and clearly committed to doing a great job. I highly recommend Cool Clean Services and am excited to be a long-term repeat customer.

The technicians from Cool Clean showed up ahead of schedule and got straight to work on a grimy ductless unit. The staff were courteous and left everything spotless. I appreciated that they only tackled one unit at a time, which made the process feel more manageable. Overall, the price was fair for the quality of service provided. I'm pleased with the experience and will likely be using Cool Clean again in the future.

Chris did a great job, coming across as very professional and straightforward. He provided clear explanations before the work was done. The team thoroughly cleaned my mini split and it's now sparkling clean and working better than ever. I'd definitely suggest Chris and his crew.
