After the first attempt we were not satisfied because tne major problem/stain remained. However customer service scheduled another attempt charging an extra $100 and the spot is not noticeable. The cleaning staff was professional and polite.

The staffs are experienced and detailed. They are good team work together estimated fair price and provided high quality services. Especially the power wash guy Edwin has a good problem solving skills to remove stubborn stains and shining the windows. Definitely follow the company up for further service.

Irving and Jorge were great. They arrived 2 hours early and did a neat, clean, efficient job. The carpet looks fabulous. Z-best is really "Zee BEST! The scheduling people are efficient and flexible. We were able to get our carpet cleaned 4 days sooner than originally planned.

I highly recommend Z-Best Maintenance & Cleaning. I had the most amazing experience having the vent/duct clean a month ago. Today, I use their carpet cleaning service. I am not disappointed . They are very professional, courteous, punctual and very thorough. I will definitely use them again!

Z-Best does the annual dryer vent cleaning in my apartment complex. Given the good experience with that, I engaged them to spring clean my air conditioning vents. The team was professional, friendly, and worked together to clean the vents while keeping the areas around the vents clean as well. They also showed me how to change my air filters, which is useful knowledge to have. Should the need arise for services Z-Best offers, I will happily hire them again.

The two workers from Z-best were very efficient and polite. They explained the reason for their visit, got right to work, and cleaned up when finished.

Ceasar and Dom were two of the nicest, conciencence, workers. I didn't see the end result, as I had to leave them there, but they jumped right in, were working hard when I left, and I know my mother's home is sparkling.

I'll be calling to make an appointment for my home and will request these same two cleaning technicians. I have already, and will continue to recommend your services.

Absolutely Amazing! I cannot express how happy and grateful I am to this company for cleaning my home post construction. 3 guys showed up on time and did such a wonderful job cleaning my entire house which was covered in tile and saw dust. No stone was left unturned and I am really appreciative of the flexibility. I had to reschedule 3 times due to construction delays and they had no problem. Truly amazed! Thank you for the great job!!

It became obvious that the previous company I had used did a very poor job. The guys were not only very thorough, but very accommodating. I will definitely be using them again and recommend him without reservation.

Z-Best came and cleaned my wall to wall carpets. I have never had a more thorough carpet cleaning company. The two technicians who came were professional, and did an incredible job. They cared about the work they were doing and it showed!!

The guys did an excellent and very thorough job of our business. We have a fitness studio that they turned upside down and cleaned every nook and cranny. Excellent work, we were very happy and will use them again!
