I was walking at a crosswalk with a walk sign and your driver recklessly cut me off and almost ran me over, when I called to complain your operator said "there's 2 sides to the story, what are you hiding?”(b/c I didn’t want to leave my name and number) very rude! Happened on 1/22/26 in Chinatown, Manhattan at 1:50pm, (plate 35150-NE New York) your driver should drive safer and not put us in danger and your operator needs to understand that what he said was not appropriate and to have some empathy . I asked to speak to the owner but operator said "he is not available" The driver is in the photo.
