George, who owns the company has spearheaded renovation and construction work in both offices and is currently doing a gut renovation on our Upper East Side apartment.
Having done many construction projects over the years, I have a broad basis for comparison.
George and his team have been extraordinary in every way. The work is clean,elegant,sturdy and timeless. The design team made efficient and aesthetic layouts that are at once practical and beautiful. The work is meticulous.
Most of all the workers always arrived as promised and were clean, courteous and cooperative. George is easy going and avuncular.
Nothing is ever a problem. We have used Tristate Solutions repeatedly and look forward to future projects

One of the worst companies to higher they take your contract and spend years/months acting like they working but in reality they really not they cut corners not to do the job right use mix matches tiles in the bathroom close up laundry matts with no explanation these guys making alot of money they should at least do the job right

They are tuckpointing my building right now. It's important work but they are doing it illegally and hurting the health of everyone around them. They arent using proper hepa vacuums to take in the silica dust; they are using leave blowers instead. The dust is getting into our apartment building and floating down stream to the park where there are children. Everyone in my family is coughing up a storm. I've been coughing non-stop for a month. This silicia dust is dangerous stuff and can eventually kills anyone who inhales with silicosis. They should not be allowed to work. It doesnt cost much use a vacuum. It's not right they are endangering the health of everyone around them. I dont know the quality of their other work but if they cant do something as simple as this safely, then i dont trust them to do anything else right.
