Hired Graham works to do handy work in my condo, I needed some doors to be replaced and a room painted. They were professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They were very good, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for work done in their homes.

Graham Works Construction was hired by my landlord to address several maintenance issues requiring a licensed contractor. They were skilled, knowledgeable, and professional throughout.

Graham is well-versed in Lead Safe Work Practices (LSWP), which provided peace of mind when my bathroom required cleaning from lead dust created by prior painting work. As part of the repairs, my kitchen radiator and window framework were wet sanded and painted using EPA-certified practices due to the likely presence of lead. The work was clean and well executed.

For those in older homes with a Flushometer toilet, Graham Works is very experienced with these as well.

They communicated with my landlord throughout the project, providing clear timelines and updates.

I highly recommend Graham Works.

UPDATE: I also hired Jonathan personally to install my kitchen AC, and he did an excellent job. He helped me measure properly so I could purchase the right unit, and the installation was clean and secure. I’ve only used it during a few warmer days, and it performed well during that time. He was reliable, easy to work with, and clearly experienced.

I would definitely hire him again.
